Let’s see what’s in the April 2019 Peaches & Petals box!
Everything was shipped in a plain brown box with a Peaches & Petals sticker on top.
A peek inside!
A generic info card let us know that this is the April 2019 box.
Hallmark Crafters & Co. Cashmere & Pearls Soy-Based Candle
This is one heavy candle! — It’s housed in a pretty blue and white ceramic jar and comes with its own snug-fitting wooden lid. The label on the front is easily removable (you can see one of the corners is already peeling away), so once the candle is gone you can reuse the jar for storage. I wasn’t able to locate this candle anywhere online, but I did find a random pdf of this particular candle line that describes the Cashmere & Pearls scent as “luxurious & indulgent with notes of sparkling citrus and rose wrapped in ribbons of powdery musks and vanilla”.
Another weighty item, the container above is packed with 16 ounces of lavender-scented exfoliating sugar scrub. This relaxing scrub is intended to be used before bed in order to help you de-stress while its Vitamin E & jojoba oil infused formula nourishes your skin.
We just received a set of these masks in last month’s box, so I wasn’t too thrilled to see them pop up again so soon. To be fair, they did send a different kind this time (avocado), but still. To use, apply mask to freshly cleansed skin, leave on for 10-15 minutes, then remove and massage excess serum into your skin. The avocado formula is designed to nourish & repair your skin and is free of both gluten and parabens.
I completely forgot to take a photo of this out of the packaging, so the image above is a stock photo. Oops! 😉 Anywhooo… This commercial grade silicone baking/pastry mat measures 16.5″ x 11.75″ and is safe to use up to 536°F. It features conversion charts & a pie crust ring and is dishwasher, microwave & freezer safe.
The sticker on this last item says “Peaches Favorite”, which I’m assuming means that it’s a bonus item since it was already featured back in December’s box. As a fan of making lists, I totally don’t mind having a second one of these. Plus, the design is cute and it has a built-in magnet for hanging. 🙂
Aside from the facial mask overkill (enough!), I thought this was a pretty solid Peaches & Petals box. I really like the pretty soy candle, the pastry mat is useful, and one can never have too many cute notepads. 😉 — Remember, if you’d like try Peaches & Petals you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “PEACH10%”.
