Mommy’s Me Tyme is a new subscription box for moms (and women in general) that delivers a fun surprise package to your door every month.
Each box will contain at least 5 items and can include things such as jewelry, spa & bath products, beauty items, accessories, and more. Boxes are $29.95/month (plus $7.95 shipping).
I LOVE checking out new subscription boxes, so I was super excited when I was sent August’s Mommy’s Me Tyme box for review.
Let’s see what was inside!
First look. So colorful!
An information sheet included photos, descriptions, and retail prices of everything in the August box.
Yankee Candle Pina Colada Large Jar Candle – Woah! I’ve never bought one of these large (22 ounce!) candles because I could never justify paying what they retail for. Needless to say, I was super excited to see this in the box. I’m not a huge fan of pina colada, but I’m burning it as I type and it’s actually really nice. Very summery and tropical. (Reminds me of the Smooze I just ate from this month’s Love With Food box!) This one item is almost worth the cost of the entire box. Nice! (Amazon Price: $27.00)
Extendable Fly Swatter – I thought this was an odd item to include in a sub box, but then again, it IS summer… This swatter extends to 2 feet long and collapses to about 10 inches. We didn’t have a swatter in the house before, so I guess it’s cool that we have one now. (Though I’ll leave the swattin’ to my husband.) (Amazon Price: $2.77)
Bath & Body Works Golden Magnolia Sun Body Lotion – This is a travel sized lotion from Bath & Body Works. I wasn’t able to find it on their site, so I’m guessing it’s been discontinued(?). It’s a nice, summery blend of pink magnolia, peony, and golden apricot. (Retail Price: $5.00)
Extendable Hand Back Scratcher – I was strangely excited about this one — an extendable back scratcher! I don’t get unreachable itches all the time, but when I do this will be great to have handy. It extends up to 2 feet! (I couldn’t find the exact product on Amazon, so the price is for something similar.) (Amazon Price: $2.82)
Plastic Mason Jar with Krazy Straw – This is cute, but I’m not too krazy about it. It’s hand wash only and I have no idea if it’s BPA/phthalate free. Not sure if we’ll be using it. (Retail Price: $2.99)
Profusion Hypnotique Clutch – This is a little clutch with 22 different shades of eyeshadow, 2 applicators, as well as slots for money, credit cards, & an ID. I definitely wouldn’t use it as a clutch, but I might play around with the eyeshadow colors. (I couldn’t find this exact product on their site, but I did find something similar that I linked to.) (Estimated Retail Price: $9.99)
Mommy’s Me Tyme sent a fun box of summer-inspired goodies. My favorite items were the candle (love it!), the back scratcher and the BBW lotion.
September’s box is still available and one of the items that will be included is a GO 1″ Styling Iron! These retail for $39.99, so it should be a great box!

This box looks neat. I love the whole idea of a back scratcher and a delicious smelling candle. I can get that itch that is to hard to reach and kick back and enjoy the fragrance and ambiance of a new candle.
