Conscious Box is a monthly subscription box that features eco-friendly/natural products. Items range from healthy snacks, to natural toothpaste, and everything in between. There are 3 different boxes to choose from: The Vegan Box (which I normally get), The Gluten-Free Box, and the Classic Box.
Boxes were always $19.95/month, but they’ve recently announced 2 new box options: The Plus (as low as $16.95/mo) and the Taster (as low as $6.95/mo). If you’re a current subscriber, you’ll automatically start receiving the “Plus” box in May. It’s supposed to have less samples and more FULL SIZED products, so I can’t wait to receive my May box!
For now, let’s take a look at what should be the last “regular” Conscious Box…
The lid also announced the new & improved Conscious Box. There’s also going to be a “bonus item”. Fun!
I was actually pretty impressed with the amount of larger-sized samples this month. — Makes me even more excited to see what’s to come with the new boxes!
Annie’s Homegrown Chocolate Bunny Grahams – I love Annie’s products and these were no exception. We gave them to the girls for a snack earlier today and they gobbled them up. The tiny bunny-shaped grahams were perfect for their little hands. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re made with organic wheat and contain zero artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
Green Now by Nixall – This is a natural body spray that refreshes your skin. You can use it after working out, as a general skin moisturizer, or whenever you want to feel refreshed. It’s all natural and totally safe for kids too. Not sure if I’ll ever have a need for this, but who knows.
Stretch Island Fruit Co. Fruit Strip in Harvest Grape – I used to eat these all the time when I first went vegan. They’re basically all natural fruit roll-ups without all the added sugar and artificial junk.
Traditional Medicinals Organic Nighty Night Tea – I haven’t tried this yet, but I’m all about natural sleep remedies. I also like tea, so win/win.
Apple & Eve Organic Quenchers in Berrylicious Lemonade – This organic “juice drink” has 50% less sugar than leading regular juices. That said, there’s only 31% juice in here. Which means there’s 69% of non-juice stuff in it. Can’t say I’m much of a fan of that ratio. Sure, it’s better than a lot of other drinks out there, but not something I’d go out and buy for myself (or my kiddos).
Vintage Italia Pasta Chips in Garlic Olive Oil – I’ve gotten these in another box (different flavor) and they were pretty good. I’d say they’re more cracker-y than chip-y though. Still, a nice little snack.
Derma-e Evenly Radiant Trifecta Sampler – 3-product sampler that includes a brightening cleanser, night creme, and dark circle eye creme. This line is supposed to repair uneven skin tone, discoloration, and sun damage. Not a fan of foil packets, since it’s nearly impossible to judge a product’s effectiveness based on only one use.
Pur-Absorb Iron Liquid Iron Supplement – I recently received a few packets of these in my last Urthbox. It’s a liquid iron supplement that you mix into your beverage of choice for a gentle, easily-absorbed dose of iron.
Neo Natural Energy Drink – All natural energy drink made with organic ingredients such as green tea and ginseng. I’ve gotten another one of these in a different sub box and it’s still sitting in my fridge. ha. Eh, I’ll get around to trying it someday… Maybe.
I thought this was a pretty good box this month. There weren’t too many tiny samples, which is always nice. That said, I’m definitely looking forward to Conscious Box “Plus” next month!

Do you know if everyone’s boxes are supposed to be the same? At least half of my products this month were the exact ones I got last month. Also, I was curious as to what you use as a backdrop? If it’s a light box, may I ask which one?

I think there are a lot of variations, even with the same “type” boxes (this is the vegan one). Though, I did get the same tea last month too. I’m definitely looking forward to the “new & improved” boxes!
Nope, no light box. Just a plain ol’ sheet of white paper and natural sunlight. 🙂
