Let’s see what’s in my February 2020 Baby Dust Box!
Everything was shipped in a white box with the Baby Dust Box logo on top.
A peek inside!
There wasn’t any sort of information card enclosed, so I’ll just jump right to the items…
All of the pregnancy and ovulation tests were tucked into their own little box.
Wondfo Pregnancy Test Strips (5)
Five FDA-approved pregnancy tests were included, all with an expiration date of 6/5/2020. The strips promise accurate results after 5 minutes. I’ve never heard of this particular brand, but I’m assuming that pretty much any test like this will provide the same accuracy. Hell, I used dollar store tests when we were trying to conceive and they worked just fine. 😉
Wondfo Ovulation Tests (20)
In addition to the pregnancy tests, the small box also contained a month’s supply of ovulation tests. There were 20 in all with an expiration date of 3/17/21.
A set of ten disposable collection cups was also provided for use with the tests.
Village Natural Therapy Mineral Bath Soak
Two packets of mineral bath salts were included to help you relax and unwind. Cold & Allergy Relief features a blend of epsom & sea salts, menthol, and lemon & ginger to awaken your senses and ease the effects of nasal congestion. Nighttime Relief contains a therapeutic blend formulated especially to soothe your body and prepare it for sleep.
KIND Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Almond Bar
I used to love KIND bars, but stopped buying them due to their higher-than-I’d-like sugar content. To my surprise, this one only has 5 grams! I’m not sure if it’s just this particular variety or if they’ve lowered them all, but either way I’m happy. This bar is also non-GMO, gluten free, and has 5 grams of protein & 6 grams of fiber.
Pink Journal with Gold Metallic Hearts (linked to similar)
I wasn’t able to find this exact journal online, so I’m not really sure how many pages it has. I do know that it measures roughly 5″ x 7″ in size and that it has a pretty pink faux leather cover which features a cut-out metallic gold heart design. The pages are lined and a built-in ribbon can help you easily find the page you left off on.
Aveeno Repairing Cica Hand Mask
Designed for extra dry skin, this pair of single-use gloves is formulated with skin-soothing ingredients including oat kernel flour, oat kernel oil, and shea butter. These contain no parabens or fragrance, making them gentle enough for sensitive skin. To use, simply place them on your hands, wait 10 minutes, remove, then massage remaining product into skin until fully absorbed.
Tate’s Tiny Chocolate Chip Cookies
These mini cookies are extra thin, incredibly crispy, and made with all natural ingredients including unbleached flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips, butter, cane sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla extract. With just 140 calories, this little pouch makes for the perfect mid-afternoon treat.
Entel Mask Packs
Two Korean face masks were included for a bit of quick & easy pampering. The Collagen Mask Pack is formulated with collagen to strengthen the skin barrier and provide elasticity to loose skin, while the Blueberry Mask Pack includes blueberry extract to give your skin a dose of antioxidants & Vitamin C.
Bundle Organics Bump-Start Teas
The final pampering item was a pair of teas crafted especially for reproductive wellness. Raspberry Ginger contains a flavorful blend of organic ginger root, red clover, lemon peel, and raspberry leaf. Peppermint Leaf is a more refreshing blend which consists of organic nettle leaf, green tea, peppermint leaf, licorice, and raspberry leaf.
Baby Dust
The final item was a tiny pot of — actual “baby dust”! It’s certified organic, gluten free, non-GMO, vegan-friendly, and… Okay, I made all that up. 😉 It’s just a container of gold glitter. It does, however, bring with it plenty of good baby makin’ vibes.
Baby Dust Box is a great subscription box to help get you through the often stressful period of trying to conceive. I was fortunate enough to get pregnant with my twins within the first few months, but even in that short amount of time I found myself incredibly stressed. I can only imagine how hard it must be for those actively trying for much longer periods (or even years). This box obviously can’t guarantee a baby sooner, but it would definitely be a nice reward to look forward to every month during your journey.
