A-Box is a new subscription box dedicated to exclusive & limited edition entertainment and pop culture collectibles.
Each box will feature 4 to 6 items from various genres including film, television, gaming, anime, publishing and general pop culture. You can expect to receive items such as apparel, jewelry/accessories, toys, figurines, wall art, desk and computer accessories, collectibles and more. A-Box partners with movie studios and game companies to deliver exclusive products to subscribers, as well as authentic licensed products. They guarantee a value of at least $70 in each box.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $35/month (shipping included), or less with multi-month commitments.
They also have a limited edition Alien: Covenant Box — which I’m reviewing here — available now for $55 (plus $7 shipping).
Okay, let’s see what’s in the A-Box Alien Covenant Box!
Everything was shipped in a large black box with a cool Alien graphic on top.
A peek inside!
An info card listed all of the items inside the Alien Covenant box, along with photos and brief descriptions for each one.
(Creepiest “peek inside” ever!)
Alien Covenant Facehugger Posable Replica
How freakin’ COOL is this?! A giant, 4 foot long posable facehugger figure! It’s made of a stiff, rubbery material that allows it to be bent and posed in a variety of creepy ways. I thought for sure this would scare the crap out of my 4-year-old girls (especially since they’re used to this version), but they both fought over who got to play with it first and took turns petting it. They even wanted to sleep with the damn thing and covered it up with blankets when I told them it had to stay downstairs. That said, I’m now the proud owner of a pet facehugger. 😉
Alien Covenant Facehugger T-Shirt
A plain black tee with a bright red facehugger design in the center. The shirt is fully licensed and has the Alien logo printed on the sleeves as well. My husband loves the design, but unfortunately the shirt seems to run a little large. Definitely cool nonetheless.
Alien Covenant Pin Badge Set
A nicely boxed set of 6 exclusive emblem pin badges. These brightly colored metal pins make a fun fashion statement for Alien fans, or simply a cool collection to keep tucked safely inside its box.
USCSS Covenant Cap
An adjustable black cap with a USCSS Covenant Weyland-Yutani patch design featuring an image of the ship. It has neon green eyelets for ventilation and a velcro strap to adjust the sizing.
Alien Covenant Facehugger Bottle Opener Keychain
This sturdy metal keychain features our good friend facehugger, and doubles as a handy bottle opener. The perfect accessory for fans of the movie(s) who also enjoy bottled beverages. 😉
While I have yet to see a regular A-Box, I’m incredibly impressed with this special Alien Covenant edition box! The presentation itself was very well done and the items were top notch. The facehugger replica alone was probably worth the cost of the entire box and thensome. (I found a similar one on Amazon selling for over $100!) Needless to say, A-Box is definitely a subscription to keep your eye on! 🙂

It’s such a great box isn’t it?! That facehugger more than makes up for the price of the box. I’m giving away a unique Alien:Covenant one-of-a-kind box (not this one) on site if you fancy taking a look. Great review nonetheless. Thanks for sharing!

Sent for a James Bond A Box beginning December for hubby’s 50th birthday, it didn’t come in time. The customer services team unfortunately it was delayed but we would definitely receive before Christmas. Christmas came and went then New Year, sent chasers but no reply. Most January has passed now and the gift set they said was on way has still not materialised. Absolutely shocking customer services.. Will be informing Watchdog.
