Let’s see what’s in my April 2017 BuddhiBox!
The box!
A peek inside.
The info card includes descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices. It also indicates if an item is vegan, organic, and/or cruelty free.
Your Tea Antioxidant Tea ($20)
This herbal tea blend was created with traditional Chinese medicine principles to increase immunity, help with digestion, and strengthen your overall system. It contains a blend of ginko biloba, ginseng, fleeceflower root, barbary wolf berry fruit, Chinese red tea, cinnamon, and other all natural ingredients.
Neelu Kaur Yogini Bliss Ayurvedic Essential Oil ($25)
Made with a soothing blend of essential oils, this tridoshic roll-on helps bring about a sense of bliss and peacefulness. It features vanilla, rose, mandarin, geranium, cinnamon, cardamom joboja, and other all natural oils. I was afraid it would be a little too floral for me, but I actually really like it!
BuddhiBox Mat Carrying Strap ($15)
Okay, I’m not 100% sure how this works, but the info card says to “slip the end loops around opposite ends of your rolled up mat, then pull them taut and slip over your shoulder.” It sounds pretty simple, but I guess I just can’t picture it in my head so it seems more complicated than it probably is. 😉
BuddhiBox Faux Suede Wrap Bracelet ($22)
I actually thought this was a necklace until I read the info card and saw that it’s in fact a wrap bracelet. Oops! It’s a BuddhiBox designed piece and features a black faux suede cord, natural beads, and lava stone. Since lava stones are so porous, you can use the essential oil roll-on above to rub on the stones and carry the scent with you.
The Argan Project 100% Pure Argan Oil ($15)
Argan oil is everywhere these days and can be used for a variety of purposes. It’s full of Vitamin E and essential fatty acids which gives it great moisturizing power. Use it to hydrate your face, skin, hair, nails, and more.
Viter Energy Breath Mints ($1)
These wintergreen flavored mints both freshen your breath and boost your energy. Just one single mint has about half the amount of caffeine as a standard 8 ounce cup of brewed coffee and half the amount of caffeine as in a standard sized energy drink.
This month’s featured yoga pose was “Trikonasana” aka Triangle. Full “instructions” were included on the reverse side of the card.
April’s BuddhiBox was definitely a lot better than last month’s disappointing offering. My favorite items this time were the antioxidant tea, essential oil roll-on, and wrap bracelet. The total value of everything this month was an impressive $98! 🙂
