BuddhiBox is a subscription box that focuses on yoga and healthy living.
Each month you’ll receive 4-6 full sized products to assist in your yoga practice, as well as everyday life. All products are from ethical, socially conscious companies and a portion of all boxes sold is donated to a different non-profit organization every month.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $30.95/month or less with multi-month commitments. They also offer a smaller box, the BBEO or BuddhiBox Essential Oils, that features 2-3 products including an essential oil. — New subscribers can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
Let’s see what’s in my August 2019 BuddhiBox!
Everything was shipped in a small brown box.
A peek inside!
BuddhiBox packs all of the items into a canvas bag featuring a new yogi-inspired phrase/mantra each month.
An info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices.
Artisan Crocheted Border Lightweight Scarf ($25)
Crafted by cooperative members who crochet from their homes in India, this lightweight scarf is a nice transitional piece as summer moves into fall. It’s made of 100% cotton and features a unique hand-crocheted detail on each end. The purchase of this piece helps to provide education, savings & loan programs, free medical care, and anti-dowry advocacy for the artisans who created it.
The Flowered Life Kind Balm ($12.49)
This all natural, multi-purpose balm is made with organic ingredients including arnica, rosemary, skullcap, shea butter, beeswax, & essential oils. Use it to sooth the skin after intense yoga sessions, workouts, long days at work, or traveling.
Buddha Tealight ($5)
When I first pulled this out of the box, I was a little confused as I thought it was some sort of little statue/display piece. The info card mentioned a candle and it took me a minute to notice the little wick on top (it was sitting flat against his head). I’m a little hesitant to actually burn it — partly because it’s so neat looking, and partly because I have no idea what type of wax it’s made of.
Bloom Now Wild Authenticity Luxury Flower Essence ($39)
Designed to be taken on your tongue or mixed with your favorite beverage, this flower essence blend features agrimony, buttercup, larch, rock water, walnut, field violet, water violet, and clear quartz. It’s formulated to enhance fearlessness, creative self-expression, fun, happiness, intense gratitude, and more.
Authenticity Crystal Pair ($10)
Tucked into a little pouch were two crystals — Sodalite (blue & white) and Prehnite. Sodalite is said to bring energies of creativity, inspiration, and communication. Prehnite is both a heart chakra and solar plexus chakra crystal, linking your heart with your will to create what is true for you.
This month’s featured yoga pose was “Vyagrhasana” (aka Tiger Pose). Full “instructions” were included on the reverse side of the card.
Another fun collection of unique yogi-inspired items from BuddhiBox! My favorites this month were the Artisan Crocheted Scarf, Flowered Life Kind Balm, and Buddhi tealight. — Thinking about signing up for BuddhiBox yourself? — You can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
