Let’s see what’s in my December 2018 BuddhiBox!
Everything was shipped in a small brown box.
A peek inside!
BuddhiBox now sends their “boxes” in reusable canvas bags. Every bag features a new yogi-inspired phrase/mantra each month.
An info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices. It also indicated if an item is vegan, organic, and/or cruelty free.
Yamei Silver-Plated Opaline Necklace ($35)
I’ve received quite a few necklaces from BuddhiBox over the years and this is definitely one of my favorites to date. It features an iridescent opaline stone strung on a pretty silver-plated chain. According to the info card, opaline increases your personal power and helps lift your self-esteem, making it the ideal stone to wear when you need an extra mental boost.
Drawing Board Shop Note Cards – Set of 2 ($10)
This set of notecards features two different yoga-inspired images created in gouache watercolor style. The original illustrations were done by Wendy Welz, an artist based in coastal New York. Each card is blank inside and comes with its own matching envelope.
Halsa Sweet Savasana Essential Oil Yoga Roll-On ($12)
A sweet-smelling, yoga-inspired roll-on blend consisting of pure lavender, clary sage, sweet orange and chamomile essential oils in fractionated coconut oil. To use, simply apply to the temples, neck and wrists at the end of your practice to ground and center. It’s ideal to use during Savasana pose and will help you maintain a solid mind-body connection even after your practice.
Crystal Crowe Light & Magic Candle Tin ($14)
This pretty candle is made from 100% soy wax and is infused with quartz crystal energy & Reiki to bring extra healing energy to your space. It’s topped with biodegradable glitter, something botanical (I’m not quite sure exactly what that is!), and a piece of actual quartz. I wasn’t able to find this exact item on their website, so I’m not sure of the scent — but whatever it is, I’m a fan. 🙂
Me Time Botanicals Sweet Kisses Lip Oil ($16)
Soften and moisturize your dry winter lips with help from this handcrafted, 100% natural lip oil. It’s made with a blend of sweet almond oil, avocado oil, sweet orange and peppermint essential oil — for a sweet, yet minty flavor. It can also be used on the temples to relieve a headache or on wrists for a pick-me-up.
Original Way Selenite Heart in Pouch ($14)
According to the info card, selenite — which is what this heart is carved from — is a stone that brings peace, purity, and higher consciousness. You can keep this crystal beside your bed for a good night’s sleep or tuck it in your bag and take it along to your next yoga class.
Yet another great assortment of yoga-inspired items from BuddhiBox! My favorites this month were the pretty silver-plated opaline necklace, soy wax candle tin, and organic lip oil. The total value of everything in December’s box was $101! — Thinking about signing up for BuddhiBox yourself? — You can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
