BuddhiBox is a subscription box that focuses on yoga and healthy living.
Each month you’ll receive 4-6 full sized products to assist in your yoga practice, as well as everyday life. All products are from ethical, socially conscious companies and a portion of all boxes sold is donated to a different non-profit organization every month.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $30.95/month or less with multi-month commitments. They also offer a smaller box, the BBEO or BuddhiBox Essential Oils, that features 2-3 products including an essential oil. — New subscribers can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
Let’s see what’s in my December 2019 BuddhiBox!
Everything was shipped in a small brown box.
A peek inside!
BuddhiBox packs all of the items into a canvas bag featuring a new yogi-inspired phrase/mantra each month.
An info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices.
Selenite Tealight Holder ($15)
What a great tealight holder for a December box! The clear/white selenite stone looks like it was carved out of ice and would fit right into any holiday decor. I was happy to see that it has a soft felt base to prevent any damage to the surface that its placed on — nice touch. According to the info card, selenite is a healing/protective stone that eases connection to higher realms and allows the light within to shine through.
Crystal Crowe by Paige Crystal & Flower Petal Soy Tealights ($6.50)
To start using the selenite holder right away, BuddhiBox also included a set of tealight candles from Crystal Crowe by Paige. The 4-piece set of soy-based candles are topped with larkspur flowers and clear quartz stones to assist in “amplifying your intentions”.
Opalite Point with Silver Plated Decorative Chain ($15)
I’m always happy to see silver jewelry featured, so this opalite necklace was a nice inclusion. It features a pretty silver chain that holds a roughly 1-inch opalite point. According to the info card, the cool blue color is to remind us of the ajna (third eye or brow) chakra, which is sometimes known as the gateway to discovery of our inner light in meditation and yoga.
Gypsy Soul Organics Peppermint Solid ($30)
This all natural balm from Gypsy Soul Organics is designed to relieve headache, upset stomach, sinus congestion, and neck tension with a cool, tingling feeling. To use, gently massage into your temples & pulse points and breathe in. Key ingredients include organic beeswax, coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, and peppermint leaf.
Rose Quartz Heart and Sahasrara Charm Keychain ($15)
More silver! This little keychain features 3 dainty charms — a small BuddhiBox logo, rose quartz heart, and a sahasrara (crown chakra). Rose quartz is said to be the stone of conditional love, while the sahasrara is the connection to our higher selves, to every being on the planet, and ultimately to the divine energy that creates all things and life forms in the universe.
Tipson Tea (Assorted Flavors) $3
Three different flavors of tea from Tipson were also included in December’s box — Matcha Mint, Moringa Original, and Turmeric Peach & Moringa. All of the blends are organic and feature their own unique healing benefits.
This month’s featured yoga pose was “Anjali Mudra” aka Salutation Seal. Full “instructions” were included on the reverse side of the card.
December’s BuddhiBox was one of my favorites of the year! I loved the pretty selenite candle holder, soy-based tealights, and silver accessories. The total value of everything in December’s box was over $85. — Thinking about signing up for BuddhiBox yourself? — You can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
