Let’s see what’s in my February 2018 BuddhiBox!
The box!
A peek inside.
BuddhiBox now sends their “boxes” in reusable canvas bags. Every bag features a new yogi-inspired phrase/mantra each month.
An info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices. It also indicated if an item is vegan, organic, and/or cruelty free.
BuddhiBox Rose Quartz Cuff ($25)
This pretty, feminine cuff features a simple gold band with a raw rose quartz stone wired onto its center. Rose quartz is known as the “stone of the heart” and can help open you up to feeling love, fulfillment, and contentment. I love the unique look of this piece and just really wish it was silver instead of gold. 😉
Blend Bee “Namastea” ($9)
Created to “inspire a deep love within”, this herbal tisane includes a blend of lemongrass, Indian ginseng, coconut flakes, carob, rose petals, and passionflower. It’s 100% organic and caffeine free, making it ideal for enjoying in the evening and/or before bed.
KAILO Heart Essence Roll-On ($42)
This concentrated aromatherapy roll-on can be used like perfume, while also bringing a powerful dose of balance to the chakras. It contains a blend of natural organic oils including unrefined golden jojoba, bergamot, lavender, and lemon. It’s specially formulated to restore balance to the heart chakra, leaving you feeling full of love and compassion for self and others, peaceful, and empathetic. Unfortunately, my bottle arrived half-empty as it somehow leaked in transit. It did make the entire box smell wonderful though! 😉
Roxx Rose Quartz Lip Balm ($9)
Keeping with the theme of love, this vegan lip balm includes a rose quartz crystal at the bottom of its jar which will help balance your heart chakra. It’s made with a blend of all natural ingredients including rose quartz infused organic coconut oil, organic sweet almond oil, organic candelilla wax, and organic avocado oil.
Fine & Raw Brooklyn Bonnie Sea Salt Chocolate ($6)
This little chocolate bar has just 3 simple ingredients: cacao bean, coconut sugar, cacao butter, and sea salt. It’s handmade in Brooklyn, NY and is both raw & vegan-friendly!
Original Way Emerald Green Tanzurine ($8)
It’s fitting that BuddhiBox included green tanzurine in this month’s box, as it’s also the color of the heart chakra. Mined in Tanzania, tanzurine is comprised of important grounding materials that serve as a good reminder to keep your heart open & to be compassionate.
This month’s featured yoga pose was “Salamba Bhujangasana” (aka Sphinx Pose). Full “instructions” were included on the reverse side of the card.
February’s BuddhiBox was teeming with products to help you open your heart and let the love in. 🙂 My favorites were the KAILO Heart Essence, Blend Bee tea, and Fine & Raw chocolate bar. The total value of everything in February’s box was $99! 🙂 — Thinking about signing up for BuddhiBox yourself? — You can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
