BuddhiBox is a subscription box that focuses on yoga and healthy living.
Each month you’ll receive 4-6 full sized products to assist in your yoga practice, as well as everyday life. All products are from ethical, socially conscious companies and a portion of all boxes sold is donated to a different non-profit organization every month.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $30.95/month or less with multi-month commitments. They also offer a smaller box, the BBEO or BuddhiBox Essential Oils, that features 2-3 products including an essential oil. — New subscribers can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
Let’s see what’s in my May 2020 BuddhiBox!
Everything in May’s “box” was shipped in a padded envelope via First Class Mail.
An info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices.
Live Well, Love Well Cosmetic Bag ($25)
BuddhiBox typically packs everything into a canvas drawstring bag featuring a new yogi-inspired phrase/mantra, but this month they were tucked into one of the actual items — a canvas cosmetic bag. Printed with the phrase “Live Well, Love Well”, this versatile canvas bag can be used for makeup, toiletries, small yoga essentials, and more. The bottom expands quite a bit, allowing you to store plenty of goodies. (While it’s a cute bag and all, I do think the $25 price point is a bit of a stretch.)
Rose Quartz Bracelet ($25)
I’m always happy to add more stretch bracelets to my collection, so this pretty rose quartz piece was a nice surprise. Rose quartz is said to aid in many areas including opening the heart, increasing self acceptance & the ability to love others, soothing heartaches, relieving childhood traumas, and easing transitions.
Me Mother Earth Brand Sisal Soap Pouch ($4)
Made from sisal (agave plant) fibers with a wooden bead, this soap pouch is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. Just insert a bar of soap or leftover small soap pieces into the pouch, secure it closed with the drawstring, and lather up!
Crystal Crowe Amethyst Crystal Glycerine Soap ($9)
This pretty purple bar soap is made with a nourishing blend of ingredients including cocoa butter, shea butter, mango butter, and non-GMO palm oil. It’s gem-shaped, lavender-scented, and embedded with a real amethyst stone! Can’t wait to try it out with the soap pouch above. 🙂
Crystal Crowe Loose Incense ($9)
I’m glad I read the info card before unwrapping the piece of charcoal or I would have been very confused. The loose incense in the bag above can actually be lit on that piece of charcoal (placed in a bowl) for smoke cleansing purposes. The incense itself is comprised of a special blend of herbs and sage to clear out unwanted energy and to cleanse your space, aura, and sacred spaces. It’s hard to see it well in the photo, but there’s also a nice chunk of amethyst included in the blend as well.
Elements Truffles Ayurveda Inspired Rose Cardamom Chocolate Bar ($8)
First, I love the neat packaging on this bar. — Check out that stitched fabric on the label! 😀 This dairy-free chocolate bar was inspired by & designed in accordance with Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of medicine. It contains absolutely no refined sugar, preservatives, soy, or artificial ingredients. It’s made with organic raw cacao butter, raw honey, organic raw cacao powder, rose geranium essential oil, cardamom essential oil, organic rose petals, and Himalayan Sea salt.
May’s BuddhiBox included a neat assortment of fun, yet practical items. My favorites were the Rose Quartz Bracelet, Amethyst Crystal Glycerine Soap, and Sisal Soap Pouch. The total listed value of everything in May’s box was $80! — Thinking about signing up for BuddhiBox yourself? — You can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
