Let’s see what’s in my November 2017 BuddhiBox!
The box!
A peek inside.
BuddhiBox now sends their “boxes” in reusable canvas bags. Every bag features a new yogi-inspired phrase/mantra each month.
The info card included descriptions of each product as well as their retail prices. It also indicated if an item is vegan, organic, and/or cruelty free.
Nature Derived Dry Shampoo ($20)
This all natural dry shampoo is made with eco-friendly ingredients including arrowroot powder, kaolin clay, and bamboo extract. It effectively removes oil, dirt, and sweat from your hair when you just don’t have time or energy for an actual wash. Great for using post-workout or when you hit snooze one too many times and don’t have time for a real shower.
BuddhiBox Quartz Key Chain ($16)
I think this was the first key chain I’ve ever seen in a BuddhiBox and I thought it was a fun alternative to jewelry. The handmade piece features crystal quartz (often referred to as “the master healer”), along with an elephant charm which is seen as a symbol of tenacity, strength, and honor. I’m a little nervous that I’ll lose the crystal when my keys start clanking against it, but I’ll cross my fingers and see what happens. 🙂
Oiliving Life Meditation Spray ($18)
This all natural, essential oil based meditation spray can be used as a body, room, linen, or yoga mat mist. It’s made in small batches without the use of fillers or emulsifiers. Essential oils include frankincense, sandalwood, sage, lavender, and cedarwood. It has a sweet, yet calming aroma ideal for meditation or general relaxation.
Barre Girl Grip Socks ($15)
These low-rise cushioned socks have strong PVC grips that keep you from sliding around while doing yoga, pilates, barre, or any other activity that requires a little traction. The color is a little off in the photos above, but they’re actually a pretty shade of royal purple.
Co-Pur Lip Balm ($5)
An all natural lip balm made with pure ingredients including organic shea butter & coconut oil, as well as cooling peppermint to sooth dry lips. (Note: This was labeled as vegan on the info card, but does contain beeswax.)
Probiogen Daily Probiotic ($6)
The final item was a 7-day sample of a daily probiotic that helps with GI problems and enhances vitality. It helps support a healthy immune system and is free of gluten, soy, and dairy.
Another nicely curated collection of yogi-friendly products from BuddhiBox! My favorite items were the quartz keychain, meditation spray, and grip socks. The total value of everything in November’s box was $80! 🙂 — Thinking about signing up for BuddhiBox yourself? — You can save 20% on your first month with coupon code “yogaaddict“!
