Babypallet is a newer subscription box that caters to infants and toddlers. I reviewed their first box in August and was excited to see what October’s offering would include.
Each box will include 4 or more items that are selected based on the age and gender of your child. Items can include anything from toys, to books, food/snacks, household products for parents, and more. Yay! Citrus Lane time! I had seen a few spoilers for September’s box, but wasn’t totally sure what we’d be getting. I also saw that anyone who got last month’s recalled fish game would be getting a replacement item in this month’s box. Woo!
Kloverbox recently offered a special edition “Back to School” kid’s box for preschool aged children thru age 8. Since I always enjoy their regular monthly boxes, I decided to order one for my girls. The box was $50 shipped and promised “eco-friendly school essentials, organic health & nutrition and some unique finds kids (and adults) are sure to love”. [read more…]
Cub Snacks is a monthly subscription box for kids that sends all of the ingredients needed to make a healthy, delicious snack.
Each box will contain a kid-friendly recipe, all of the necessary ingredients (pre-measured!), 2 kid’s size aprons, 2 chef’s hats, fun food facts, and more. To make the snacks as healthy as possible, they include the best ingredients with the least amount of allergens. Everything you receive will be free from gluten, dairy, eggs, GMOs, artificial colors/flavors/preservatives, and trans fat. I haven’t reviewed an Avery & Austin box since May, so I was excited to have August’s box show up at my doorstep last week.
If you’re not aware, Avery & Austin is a subscription box that provides all the materials needed to host the perfect playdate for your child. Each box will contain enough supplies to make a craft or activity (or both) for 2 children, as well as a healthy snack (for 2), and even a “hostess gift” for mom. My “regular” Citrus Lane box finally arrived today. I reviewed the May box that my mom got a few days ago here. Last month she got hers like a week late, and this month she got it before I got mine. (We live like 20 minutes away from one another.) Why you gotta be all weird with shipping, Citrus Lane? Yeesh.

Kid Stash is a brand new subscription box for kids aged 3-7. Each month features a different theme relating to an occupation. The box will contain educational toys, books, and even craft projects. Though my girls are a little too young to really enjoy these boxes, I was still excited when they agreed to send me one for review. I mean, they’ll be 3 eventually, ya know? Nothing wrong with being a little ahead of the game. 😉
I received June’s box — their very first one! The theme? Entomology. Yep, bugs. Now, to be totally honest, I am NOT a fan of bugs. To the extent that my family mercilessly makes fun of me. “Are you taking the girls outside today? Oh, of course not, you might see a bug“! Ugh. Oddly enough, when I was little, I absolutely LOVED them. Weird, right? While my girly-er friends were playing with Barbies, I was in my backyard trapping helpless little butterflies in my bright green “bug jug”. But don’t worry, I eventually let them go.
