If you haven’t heard, Chroma Club is a subscription service that sends you a new original coloring book on a monthly basis. Each book will consist of illustrations drawn by artists around the world. Designs can include mandalas, flowers, geometric, tribal, quirky themes, and more. Let’s check out the January 2017 Chroma Club book!
As always, the book was shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer to keep it from getting damaged on the way.
The book! — I love the cute little winter cabin. 🙂
Each page spread now features a short bio on the featured artist on the left side and an illustration to color on the right. — Note: It took me a few pages to figure out that each artist’s work is on the opposite side of their bio page, not to the right of it.
I love this pretty Valentine’s inspired page! As always, some of the illustrations were heavily detailed, while others were more appropriate for beginners.
More hearts! This could probably be colored to take on a Valentine’s Day or Christmas inspired theme. (I actually thought the birds were wearing little Santa hats at first glance!)
A really detailed, symmetrical peacock design.
“Get Well Soon!” I’m not sure if this is something you’d color for someone not feeling well, or if you’d give them the opportunity to color it. Either way, it’s cool. 🙂
I think this is my favorite illustration of the bunch! I love the vintage style and the fact that the girl is just hanging out with two over-sized birds like it’s no big deal. 😉
As usual, I didn’t include photos of every illustration in this volume of Chroma Club, but there were 16 designs in all. Something for everyone! — Remember, for a limited time you can save $3 on your first month when you use coupon code “COLORZEN” at checkout! (This makes your first book just $5 shipped!)
