Code Red Crate is a new subscription box that helps you pamper yourself during that good ol’ “time of the month”.
Every Code Red Crate will include not only your choice of feminine products, but also items to pamper yourself as well as snacks to help satisfy your “period cravings”. They offer 3 different box options to best suit your needs: The Code Yellow Box ($20 – includes 20 feminine products plus snacks & extras), The Code Orange Box ($25 – includes 30 feminine products plus snacks, pampering items, & extras), and The Code Red Box ($30 – includes 40 feminine products, lots of snacks, pampering items, & extras). They also offer a Cravings Box for $10 that contains only snacks and candies.
Let’s see what’s in the June Code Red Crate!
Everything was shipped inside of a big (and heavy!) priority mail box.
A peek inside… So much stuff!
All of the items were divided into smaller packages, which made discovering everything inside extra fun.
The info card listed all of the items included in the box, broken down by category.
Feminine Products – Since this is a review box, I wasn’t able to choose my preferred brand, but I was happy to see all pads. I believe these are Always Ultra Thins and there were 20 included. They also sent 15 U by Kotex pantyliners, 3 Summers Eve Cleansing Cloths, and a couple Scentsibles bags for discreet disposal. I’d say that’s more than enough to get almost anyone through their cycle.
Bath Bomb & Scented Candle – A coconut bath bomb was included to help ease your cramps with a hot soak in the tub. A scented tea light candle (also coconut) can help bring on the relaxing vibes.
Sunscreen, Lip Balm, & Pain Relief – A handy travel-sized Banana Boat Sport Performance sunscreen goes well with the summery theme of the box, as does the Angel Face Coconut Craze mini lip balm. There were also 2 packets of Advil for especially icky cramping.
Beverages – 3 flavors of Bigelow tea were included: Vanilla Caramel, Cozy Chamomile, and Orange & Spice. For a cold beverage option, there was a low calorie Margaritaville Singles to Go Pina Colada drink mix.
Snacks – Teddy Grahams, Wheat Thins, and Nutter Butter… Perfect for sweet or salty cravings!
More Snacks – Sun Chips, which happen to be vegan (yay!) and Cheddar Goldfish. My girls love cheese crackers, so they’ll be happy to see these.
Even More Snacks – A Little Debbie Seashell Brownie and Mini Moon Pie for your sweet tooth, and Wild Garden Hummus Dip for a more healthy snack option.
Candy! – Some Flip Flop Gummy Candies, a cute Beach Ball Sucker, Coastal Bay Creamy Delight Hard Candies, and assorted Lindt Hello chocolates. Nice variety!
Gift #1 – A cute, summery pink tote bag to hold all your beach essentials. It’s not the sturdiest, and I believe it’s from the Dollar Tree, but it fits well with the summertime theme.
Gift #2 – An inflatable flamingo can coozie! This is totally random, but I like it. We don’t have a “real” pool, so I’m going to give this to my girls to play with in their little kiddie one.
Every box also comes with a “Top 5” list that changes each month. June’s list is “Top 5 Items to Have in Your Beach Bag”.
I can’t believe how much stuff Code Red Crate packed into this box! Tons of snacks, pampering items, skin care products, extra gifts, plenty of feminine hygiene products… What more do you need? 🙂
