Let’s see what’s in the Cricket Crate Newborn Pack (Box #1)!
Everything was shipped in a blueish-green Cricket Crate box.
A peek inside!
A welcome letter from the founder & CEO of Kiwi Crate explained more about the subscription and the importance of building a foundation for learning & development in a child’s first 3 years of life.
On the reverse side was a letter from “Dr. D”, an MD at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. He’s partnering with Cricket Crate to provide parents with helpful advice and tools to get them through the first few years of parenthood.
Wonder Magazine – Every box will include a booklet/magazine that features age-targeted information on your child’s development, expert advice, at-home activities, product info, and more. The theme for this month’s box was “Safe & Sound”.
Cricket Crate Swaddle Blanket – Awww! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cuter swaddle blanket than this one! It’s made of 100% cotton muslin and features adorable scenes of the “Cricket Crate cricket” at play. Wonder Magazine suggests using it as a storytime blanket and “reading” each of the scenes to your baby by describing what he’s doing in each one. It can also be used as a stroller cover, ground cover, or plain ol’ snuggly blanket. 🙂
Stuffed Cricket Toy – What’s cuter than a cricket-themed swaddle blanket? — A plush cricket toy, of course! This little guy was designed with different materials for its body, wings, and legs to provide your baby with lots of textures to explore.
Night-Night, Cricket Board Book – A sweet board book to read to baby at bedtime. It features short, rhyming text with simple drawings of various animals and insects as they prepare for sleep. The last two pages have a “Hide & Seek” game that your child can play with you now, and alone when they’re older.
I really wish Cricket Crate was around when my girls were infants. — I would have signed up in a heartbeat! I love the adorable cricket “mascot” and the fact that all of the items were custom made for Cricket Crate. This is definitely a great subscription for new moms and would make an awesome gift this holiday season. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can get 30% off your first month with coupon code “SHARE30” (this brings the 3-month subscription down to $56)!
