Cuisine Cube is a subscription box that sends you a monthly delivery of small batch artisan food products.
Each box will consist of 6-7 full size products ranging from snacks, to pantry staples, desserts, and more. All items are sourced from small producers all over the country and taste tested (and approved) by the Cuisine Cube team. There are 3 different box options to choose from: Artisan, Vegan, and Gluten-Free.
Subscriptions are $39.99/month, or less with multi-month commitments. Shipping is free. (For a limited time, you can save $10 on your first month with coupon code “SPECIAL10”.)
Let’s see what’s in the August 2015 Cuisine Cube box!
Everything was shipped in a large square box — cube — adorned with the Cuisine Cube logo.
A peek inside!
A large info card featured a list of all the products (along with brief descriptions) on the front and photos of everything on the back side.
Gatherer’s Gourmet Granola – This gluten-free granola is made in Schenectady, NY using all natural premium ingredients that are both organic and non-GMO. It features a blend of coconut, dark chocolate, and quinoa that I’m sure tastes as good as it sounds. Yum!
Bjorn Qorn – I was excited to see that this “sun-popped” popcorn was 100% vegan and flavored with nutritional yeast… Then I tried it and remembered that I never really cared for nutritional yeast. haha It’s loaded with vitamin B12 though, so I might force myself to finish the bag.
Megpies Strawberry Tart – Now this I really wish was vegan-friendly. It’s a homemade pastry made with all natural ingredients. It can be enjoyed as is or toasted for a “fresh from the oven” taste. Mmm!
True Made Foods Veracha Hot Sauce – A big ol’ bottle of hot sauce made with fresh veggies including spinach, carrots, and butternut squash. It’s non-GMO, contains no artificial sweeteners, and is vegan-friendly.
Greenpoint Trading Co. Blackbear All Purpose Seasoning – I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten this in a different subscription box a while back. It’s a HUGE package of all purpose seasoning made in Brooklyn, NY. The vegan blend is ideal for veggie burgers, tofu, and more.
Kitchen Table Bakers ParmCrisps – These little crackers are made entirely out of cheese! They contain 100% aged parmesan and are great for snacking or used as a salad topping. They’re gluten-free, wheat-free, and sugar-free.
Cuisine Cube is definitely a great subscription for sampling high quality small batch foods. Of course, I would have loved to receive the vegan box, but I was still happy to see a few vegan-friendly items included in what I’m assuming is the regular Artisan version.
Remember, if you’d like to sign up for Cuisine Cube, you can save $10 on your first month with coupon code “SPECIAL10”!
