Let’s see what’s in the June 2018 DoodleBug Busy Bag!
As always, all of the crafts were shipped in a padded envelope and sealed in a ziplock bag.
All of the crafts were listed on an info sheet, along with photos and tips on how to complete each one. — June’s theme was “Superhero!” and included a collection of superhero crafts, as well as one for Father’s Day.
DIY Mini Superhero Banner Craft Kit
This easy to assemble superhero banner kit consisted of self-adhesive felt pieces, a wooden dowel, and a string to hang it up.
Assembly in progress.
All done! Super! 😉
DIY Unfinished Wood Superhero Stand-Up
Your child could create their own customized superhero friend using the wooden cut-out pieces and the box of crayons provided.
We decided to go with markers for a bolder look.
My daughter was kinda sad that her cut-out looked like a boy, so she gave it eyelashes. (Sort of.)
Kids Superhero Foam Glasses Craft Kit
A fun alternative to a mask, these superhero glasses are easy to complete. Just apply all of the self-adhesive foam pieces to the plastic glasses and you’re done.
Stickin’ on the stars.
Zap! Boom!
Superhero Glider
This was more of a toy than an actual craft, since it was so easy to assemble.
Ready to fly!
Number One Dad Fan Craft Kit
June’s Father’s Day craft was a “#1 Dad” ribbon consisting of a circular paper fan and various pieces of self-adhesive foam. Once presented to dad, he could remove the paper backing to proudly wear the award.
Putting the finishing touches in place.
“It’s a major award!”
Draw Your Own Superhero Comic Book & Stickers
Your child could create their very own comic book using the helpful tips and tricks included inside of the book, as well as decorate it with the superhero sticker sheet.
The book is still a work in progress, but it stars the one & only — “Super Girl Butterfly”. 😉
Another fun selection of easy-to-complete crafts from DoodleBug Busy Bags! — If you’re interested in subscribing, the July-September bags won’t have any dedicated themes. However, October’s will be Halloween. 🙂
