Let’s see what’s in the April 2018 Ecocentric Mom Box!
Everything was shipped in a blue/green box with the Ecocentric Mom logo on top.
A peek inside!
A little envelope was sealed with a sticker that included my child’s age (my girls are actually 5, but the box only goes up to 4).
Inside the envelope were 3 separate info cards that revealed some of the items in the box with brief descriptions and retail values for each one. (I’m not sure why there were only 3, since there were 7 items total. Weird.)
Surf Durt ($14)
Surf Durt is the only all natural sunscreen made with solar powered manufacturing. It’s reef-safe and has an SPF of 30 with 80 minutes of water resistance. It’s also cruelty-free and comes in a reusable/recyclable aluminum tin.
Gift Genie Express Sensory Match Game ($13)
What a unique matching game! This Montessori-based version consists of 20 wooden disks with various textures glued onto one side. The textures include burlap, glitter paper, glossy paper, foil, foam, corrugated paper, and more. It’s played like any other memory/matching game, but with a little extra whimsy. 😉 It even comes with its own little storage bag, making it perfect for bringing with you on the go.
iPlay Sun Protection Hat (2T-4T) ($11.95, Amazon)
This lightweight hat provides plenty of protection from the sun with its extra wide brim. It’s made of a quick-dry UPF 50+ material and has a stay-put tie strap & adjustable toggle to grow with your child. My girls wore similar iPlay hats when they were babies/toddlers and we loved them.
Bug Protector Mosquito & Tick Repellents ($3.49 & $3.99)
A natural alternative to DEET-based bug sprays, these repellents are made with essential oils and other non-toxic ingredients. They smell a LOT better than the chemical-laden versions and are safe for the whole family, including pets!
Sweet Dreams Moonbeams by Sara Conway & Kelly Breemer ($7.99)
This sweet board book takes a look at various animals as they snuggle up to go to sleep. The rhyming text and adorable illustrations are great for keeping even the littlest one’s attention.
Jessie’s Nutty Cups in Dark Sea Salt ($5)
These handcrafted peanut butter cups look SO good. They’re filled with creamy peanut butter, coated in smooth Belgian dark chocolate, and sprinkled with a dusting of sea salt. Yum!
April’s Ecocentric Mom box included the perfect balance of baby/kid and mom products. My favorite items this time were the sensory memory game, natural bug repellents, and adorable board book. The retail value of April’s box was just under $60! 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $10 on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUD10“!
