Let’s see what’s in the August 2017 Ecocentric Mom “Mom & Baby” Box!
Everything was shipped in a light blue/green box with the Ecocentric Mom logo on top.
A peek inside!
August’s theme was “Baby Bathtime Box”. An info card listed all of the items inside, along with retail values and websites for each product.
Bee Maternal Calming Spray No. 7 ($15)
When I looked at the label, I was happy to see that this natural calming spray was made in my hometown of Buffalo, NY! — Cool! It contains a blend of deionized water and essential oils that were chosen to stimulate your limbic system and calm, center and provide balance to your conscious mind. Just spritz on your body, linens, or in the air for a burst of fragrant… calmness. 😉
Kid O Plui Toy ($14)
This neat little bath toy was designed to be both fun and a mini physics lesson. Immerse it in water to fill it up, then watch the “rain” come out of the holes on the bottom. To stop the rain, place your finger over the single hole on top. Magic! We’ll definitely be trying this out ASAP.
Natralia Eczema Relief Cream ($15)
A gentle, steroid-free cream formulated to sooth eczema rashes and flare-ups. It’s made with a blend of homeopathic remedies, herbal extracts and essential oils including calendula, peppermint oil, and aloe vera. It’s also ph-balanced to be sting-free for your child’s sensitive skin.
Baby Buddy Natural Bath Sponge ($10)
This natural bath sponge is made from premium sea wool harvested off the coast of Florida. It’s super soft & absorbent and since it’s naturally hypoallergenic, it won’t mold or mildew. It’s also 100% biodegradable!
Gaffer & Child Hydrating Serum ($34)
An ultra light, vitamin-rich facial moisturizer formulated to help repair sun damage, keep skin supple, and guard against wrinkles. It’s packed with antioxidants, nutrients, and lots of other skin-nourishing ingredients including argan oil, tomato extract, cold pressed carrot seed oil, organic sunflower oil, lavender extract, and organic jojoba oil.
Organic Living Superfoods Chia Superfood Squares ($4)
Mmm… These look good! They’re healthy little squares packed with nuts, fruits & seeds including cashews, chia seeds, coconut, dates, sesame seeds, raisins, apricots, and more. They’re 100% gluten-free, vegan, raw, and paleo-friendly.
South of France Hand Wash (samples)
Also included were 4 sample pouches of South of France hand soap in Lavender Fields and Lemon Verbena. I’ll be saving these for our next vacation so we won’t have to use those slippery little bar soaps to wash our hands in the hotel. 😉
August’s Ecocentric Mom “bathtime” themed box was loaded with great items that were useful for both myself and my 5-year-olds (even though it’s geared towards babies 2 and under). I actually don’t think there’s a single item that we won’t use. Nice! Plus, the total retail value was a crazy impressive $92! 😀 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “Rosebud5“!
