Let’s see what’s in the June 2018 Ecocentric Mom Box!
Everything was shipped in a blue/green box with the Ecocentric Mom logo on top.
A peek inside!
A little envelope was sealed with a sticker that included my child’s age (my girls are actually 5, but the box only goes up to age 4).
Inside the envelope were 3 separate info cards that revealed some of the items in the box with brief descriptions and retail values for each one. (Once again, I only received 3 cards even though there were 5 items in my box. Strange.)
TruKid Bubble Podz (~$7)
These all natural “bubble pods” are pre-measured and easy to use. Simply drop one pod into the bath as it’s filling and watch as the pod dissolves, leaving a sea of fluffy bubbles behind. Each pod contains 100% naturally derived ingredients which are pediatrician/dermatologist tested and approved. We were pleasantly surprised by how many bubbles just one pod made and how they lasted through the entire duration of their bath.
Delizioso Skin Care Under Eye Gel ($24.95)
My current under eye gel is getting very close to running out, so this came at just the right time. Formulated with all natural ingredients including watermelon extract and CoQ10, Delizioso’s anti-aging gel is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and botanicals that help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It’s also gluten-free and 100% vegan.
New England Naturals Scrubby Animal Bath Sponge ($6)
Both of my daughters loved playing with this lil’ guy in the tub. I think it’s probably due to the fact that he looked/felt more like an actual stuffed animal than a sponge. Usually kid’s sponges like this only include the head of the animal/character, so a “full-bodied” fellow was a nice change. 😉 He’s made of a cotton/flax blend and while most of his body is soft, his belly is composed of a rougher, scrubbier material.
Purple Frog Products Rejuvenation Pods ($8)
I’ve never seen a product like this before… The orange sheet inside the packet contains 12 “rejuvenation pods” that are each filled with a blend of essential oils. To activate the pod, you peel it away from the package and “pop” it by squeezing to release the fragrance into the air. The pod can then be stuck to any surface for 6-8 hours of essential oil-powered rejuvenation.
Laiki Black Rice Crackers ($1?)
These rice crackers have just 3 ingredients — wholegrain black rice, sustainably farmed palm oil, and sea salt. I used to think they were too bland, but they’ve really grown on me. 🙂
June’s Ecocentric Mom box included a great assortment of items for both moms & kiddos. My favorite items this time were the Bubble Podz, animal bath sponge, eye gel, and black rice crackers. The retail value of June’s box was just under $50! 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $10 on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUD10“!
