Let’s see what’s in the Fall 2016 FabFitFun box!
The box was designed with fun fashion & fall themed illustrations that you could color with the help of one of the enclosed items. Cute!
A peek inside!
A full-color booklet/mini mag provided details on all of the items included in the Fall 2016 box, along with scarf styling tips, a quick guide to better unboxing photos, and more.
Modcloth Loch and Key Scarf ($34.99) – I was SO excited to see this as one of the spoilers! — It’s a 100% acrylic “blanket scarf” that measures an impressive 55″ x 55″. It’s super soft and I like its classic autumn colors. Annual subscribers were able to choose from 4 different color schemes, and I actually chose a black & white plaid. I received this box for review, so I’m happy to get two different versions. (Since it’s so large, I might use one of ’em as a light blanket/throw.)
Pure Cosmetics Nude Collection Eyeshadow Palette ($50) – I’m usually not too excited about eyeshadow (or makeup in general), but I’ve been trying to experiment more with natural/nude eye looks, so this is perfect. The palette features 12 shades — both shimmery and matte — that are great for creating neutral looks.
The Created Co. To-Go Coffee Mug ($19) – Excuse the “paper squiggle” dust on the mug… I didn’t notice it until uploading my photos. Whoops! 😉 This was another item that annual subscribers had options for. — They could choose one of two phrases on their mug: “Joy Comes in the Morning” or “Good Morning Gorgeous”. As someone who’s most definitely NOT a morning person, I’m not too sure I can agree with the pictured sentiment, but it’s a handy mug nonetheless. 😉
Mullein & Sparrow Mini French Lavender Body Oil ($18) – I’ve used a few Mullein & Sparrow products in the past and was always happy with them. This French lavender body oil is vegan-friendly & 100% natural. It’s made with sunflower oil, lavender essential oil, and vitamin E to moisturize, balance, and soothe the skin. Use it as a daily moisturizer or for self-massage.
The BrowGal Eyebrow Gel ($20) – A clear gel that works with pencils and powders to seal, protect, and keep the shape of your brows. It’s both water & sweat resistant to last all day long.
Toesox Toeless Fitness Socks ($18) – These low-rise socks are designed to help you avoid sliding during yoga or other fitness activities. They’re made with soft organic cotton and feature BPA-free non-slip grips on the bottoms. The info card also suggests using these while getting a pedicure to keep your feet warm and avoid smudging. Smart!
FabFitFun Coloring Book & Colored Pencils ($14) – Though I never have time to actually use them, I love getting coloring books in subscription boxes. Annual subscribers were able to choose from either “Nature” or “Things” themed books. I love that they included some fall-inspired designs in the “Nature” version. 🙂 Oh, the books also come with a 6-pack of colored pencils too!
Skin Laundry Restoring Night Serum ($50) – A restorative night serum designed to help improve skin brightness, smoothness, tone, texture and elasticity. It’s formulated with plenty of antioxidants, vitamins, and peptides to help reduce the signs of aging as well.
Spongelle Bulgarian Rose Body Wash Infused Buffer ($16) – A body wash infused sponge/buffer with enough soap to last through 14 or more uses. The scent features extracts of Yuzu, Edelweiss, and Vetiver. — It’s a bit floral, but not too bad (coming from someone who’s not a fan of flowery scents).
Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths (sponsored) – A handy package of 42 cleansing cloths to keep in your bag for all your on-the-go cleansing needs. 😉
Secret Outlast Xtend Clear Gel (sponsored) – Another useful sponsored item! This clear gel deodorant drys fast and gives you 48-hour odor protection.
The Fall 2016 FabFitFun box was one of my favorites to date! It was absolutely packed with great items and had a total retail value of just under $240. Crazy!! 😀 — Remember — if you’d like to sign up for FabFitFun, you can save $10 on your first box (this one!) with coupon code “FALL“! (Meaning you can get ALL of this stuff for just $39.99!)
