Mia Mélange Foldable Cotton Basket (Retail Value: $61)
Subscribers were able to choose from the foldable cotton basket above, a Botkier New York Mini Trigger Nylon Backpack (Retail Value: $100), Botkier New York Bond Tote (Retail Value: $128), FOXYBAE Rose Gold 25mm Curling Wand (Retail Value: $149), Stila Stay All Day® Liquid Eyeliner + HUGE Extreme Lash Mascara (Retail Value: $45), Uncommon James Set of 2 Copper Canisters (Retail Value: $49), or SACHAJUAN Styling Cream & Finish Cream (Retail Value: $65). I was a little torn between the basket and the copper canisters, so I actually got the canisters as an add-on. 😉 I love using fabric baskets for storage (so much nicer looking than plastic bins!), so I knew I had to pick this one. It measures 9″ by 9″ and is a good size for storing small toys, accessories, or even to hold a potted plant.
SOIA & KYO Woven Scarfigan with Fringe (Retail Value: $85)
The second customization option allowed subscribers to choose from the “scarfigan” above, Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Pore Perfecting & Refining Serum (Retail Value: $65), Volition Beauty Celery Green Cream (Retail Value: $55), Glossmetics Hair Removal Device (Retail Value: $59.99), Erno Laszlo Pore Cleansing Clay Mask (Retail Value: $48), or Beyond Yoga Hidden Pocket Infinity Scarf (Retail Value: $59.95). I’m honestly not sure if I’m going to keep the scarfigan for myself, or gift it to someone who doesn’t already own 865 scarves. It’s very soft n’ cozy though!
JENNY BIRD Leana Pendant Necklace (Retail Value: $115)
The third customization option included the necklace above, a JENNY BIRD Austin Cuff (Retail Value: $135), Vitamasques Multivitamin Mask Set (Retail Value: $40), Nectar Sunglasses Blue Light Blocking Glasses in Brown Tortoise (Retail Value: $45), or Beauty Bakerie Proof is in the Puddin’ Palette (Retail Value: $38). I wasn’t too sold on the necklace at first, but once I actually got it in my hands I appreciated it a lot more and was happy that I chose it. 🙂 It features a pretty hand-formed drop pendant strung on a high polish curb chain, layered with a box chain.
Masontops Glass Water Bottle with Neoprene in Turquoise (Retail Value: $35)
The fourth customization was for annual members only and was a choice between the glass water bottle above, Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel (Retail Value: $22), SKIN&CO Roma Truffle Therapy Whipped Cleansing Cream (Retail Value: $28), Feel Beauty Renewed Pumpkin Walnut Facial Cleanser (Retail Value: $28), or frank body Original Coffee Scrub (Retail Value: $16.95). I really didn’t need another water bottle, but it was the only item in this category that I would actually use. That said, I do like the fact that it’s made of glass and comes with an optional/removable sleeve. It holds up to 20 ounces of your favorite beverage and is actually compatible with most mason and canning jars, like Ball, Bernardin, Kerr and more.
HIP Cutlery Set (Retail Value: $14.99)
The final (annual subscriber only) customization was between the cutlery set above, NCLA So Rich Cuticle Oil in Horchata (Retail Value: $18), Likwid RxTM Stress Reliever 100% Natural Ayurvedic Hair Oil (Retail Value: $75), 8 Other Reasons Runway Clip Trio (Retail Value: $32), or Harper + Ari Exfoliating Sugar Cubes in Juice Cleanse (Retail Value: $16). I figured the cutlery set would be nice to stash in the car or bring along when we travel for those times when you bring food back to the hotel but aren’t sure if there are any utensils available. I also appreciate the fact that they’re made from wheat straw, are BPA-free, and dishwasher safe.
The Laundress New York Crease Release (Retail Value: $16)
The last 3 items in the box were chosen by FabFitFun. (Subscribers received 3 of 9 different options.) The other possible items I could have gotten for this category were Voesh New York Pedicure in a Box Duo – Pumpkin Spice (Retail Value: $20) or Spongellé Boxed Flower in Sweet Cedarwood (Retail Value: $16). I was actually hoping for the Crease Release above because I’m anti-iron (too lazy!) and have always wanted to try a wrinkle “spray”. Plus, it’s non-toxic (kind of a must!), biodegradable, and phthalate free.
Stone Candles Room Spray in Santal Noir (Retail Value: $36)
The second FabFitFun pick was the santal noir room spray above. Other possible items were Hythe Tranquility Sleep Mist (Retail Value: $22), NatureLab. Tokyo Perfect Repair Treatment Masque (Retail Value: $16), or the same room spray but in Pumpkin Spice. I was happy to get the room spray, though I was hoping for the pumpkin spice version. Ah well, this one sounds nice too. It features a “musky blend of sandalwood cardamom”.
Beauty Papier Golden Superfood Shower Gel (Retail Value: $30)
The final FabFitFun pick was a luxurious antioxidant shower gel. The other 2 possibilities were a ZiGi & MARAiS Pouch with Stripe (Retail Value: $30) or The Beauty Crop® Glow Milk in Blind Date (Retail Value: $19.50). I would have definitely chosen the shower gel myself, so I was happy to see it in the box. It features an uplifting blend of pumpkin, argan, apricot, orange & aloe vera and is packed with antioxidants to leave your skin feeling energized.
The Fall 2020 FabFitFun box included a great collection of practical, high quality items. My personal favorites this season were the Mia Mélange Foldable Cotton Basket, Jenny Bird Pendant Necklace, Masontops Water Bottle, Crease Release, and Beauty Papier Shower Gel. The total retail value of my (values differ based on your selections) Fall 2020 FabFitFun box was just under $400!
