Let’s see what’s in the Winter 2017 FabFitFun Box!
The pretty blue Winter box!
A peek inside.
A full-color newspaper style booklet provided details on all of the items included in the Winter 2017 FabFitFun box, along with style tips, interviews, and more.
BB Dakota Poncho ($70)
I’ve actually never worn/owned a poncho before, so was happy to see this included in my FabFitFun box. It looks super cozy and measures an impressive 59″ x 50″ — perfect for snuggling up in. The acrylic/polyester blend is nice and soft, yet doesn’t look like it’ll shed (unlike last quarter’s wrap). Annual subscribers were able to select from 3 different colors (black, charcoal, or mulberry), all of which are reversible. I went with the black and I LOVE it!
8 Other Reasons Nine Lives Choker ($58)
This layered choker probably isn’t something I would have chosen on my own, but it’s starting to grow on me. As someone who mainly wears silver, I love that subscribers were able to choose between silver or rose gold. The necklace measures approximately 14 inches in length, with the drop chains being 4 to 5 inches.
Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment ($75)
Claiming to be “Hollywood’s 2 Minute Facial”, this intensive exfoliating treatment deep cleans clogged pores without over-drying skin. The formula contains a blend of lactic acid and fruit enzymes — including papaya, pineapple, and pumpkin — to reveal smooth skin and a brighter, healthier-looking complexion in as little as one use.
Homemade by Ayesha Curry Ceramic Mug ($16)
As much as I don’t need any more of them, I’m always happy to get a cute new mug! This one from Ayesha Curry’s line features a pretty aqua color with a sweet design/phrase that I can certainly get behind — “I’d rather be in bed”. I’m most definitely NOT a morning person, so this is perfect. Subscribers could have received 1 of 3 different designs, and this was the one I was hoping for. Yay! — Oh, and not only is the mug a generous size, but it’s also microwave and dishwasher safe. 🙂
AHAVA Mineral Hand Cream ($33)
With the winter weather rapidly approaching, I can use all the hand creams I can get. This light, hydrating cream is formulated with Dead Sea minerals to help sooth and moisturize your skin. It’s paraben-free, vegan friendly, and safe for all skin types.
DOUCCE Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette in Nude ($70)
This pretty palette features 8 both matte and shimmer shadows along with a smooth metallic highlighter. The shades are highly pigmented and can be applied dry or wet for a more dramatic look. With its magnetic case, you can rearrange the shadows however you wish. Annual subscribers were able to choose between “Nude” or “Smokey”.
Pointe Studio Aloe Infused Cozy Socks ($19)
These aren’t just any ordinary cozy socks — they’re aloe-infused cozy socks! Just slip these on at the end of the day and let the aloe soothe your tired toes. They’re designed to last 25-30 washes, but of course you can continue to wear them once the aloe is gone. Subscribers received 1 of 3 randomly selected colors — black, pink, or blue.
Grace & Stella Anti-Wrinkle Energizing Eye Masks ($16)
For November’s “Beauty Choice Item”, subscribers could choose between a healing hair mask or the eye masks above. I honestly don’t think I would use either option, so I just went with the eye masks to give as a gift. Infused with collagen and minerals, these are designed to revitalize, de-puff, and brighten the eye area — making it look like you packed in a solid 8 hours of sleep (even if you were no where close).
This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray ($29)
Now this I’ll use. It’s an all natural pillow spray that helps you fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed. It’s formulated with a blend of pure essential oils including lavender, chamomile, and vetiver & is free from phthalates, sulphates, synthetic colors and fragrances, parabens, GMO’s, and mineral oils.
The Winter 2017 FabFitFun box was one of my favorites to date! I love my cozy new poncho and will personally use the majority of products I received. The biggest hits for me were the poncho (obviously), mug, hand cream, socks, palette, and pillow spray. The total retail value of the Winter 2017 FabFitFun box was $373-393, depending which options you chose! Crazy! 😀 — Remember — if you’d like to sign up for FabFitFun, you can save $10 on your first box (making your box just $39.99!) with coupon code “WINTER10“!
