GlobeIn is a monthly subscription box that features handcrafted goods by artisans around the world.
Each month features a new theme with products supplied by various artisans. GlobeIn helps to bring income and exposure to small artists, while introducing you to beautiful pieces of their culture. Many of the products included are eco-friendly, fairly traded, and/or organic.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.

Let’s see what’s inside the May 2019 “Delish” GlobeIn box!
Everything was shipped in a long pink & white box with the GlobeIn logo on the side.
A peek inside!
A small info booklet featured full color photos and background information on all of the products included in the box, as well as the artisans who created them.
Ice Cream Sundae Glasses, Mexico ($32)
You can’t have a proper sundae without a fancy sundae glass, right? — Okay, you can, but these make it a lot more fun. 😉 Made from recycled handblown glass, these artisan-crafted sundae glasses have a beautiful iridescent shine and no two pieces are exactly alike. Each glass measures 7 inches high by 3.5 inches wide. — Plenty of room for your favorite ice cream and toppings galore.
Eggplant and Cyan Small Toppings Bowls, Morocco ($36)
Speaking of toppings… This pair of ceramic bowls are the perfect size for holding sprinkles, cherries, chocolate chips, or any other ice cream topping you enjoy. Each bowl measures 4.5 inches by 4.5 inches and is hand-painted with eggplant & cyan colored designs. The bottom of each bowl has been painted with the name of the studio (and possible artist?) responsible for creating the piece. Neat!
Copper Stainless Steel Ice Cream Scoop, India ($18)
Until now, I had been relying on a cheap plastic scoop to dish out my ice cream… This heavy duty stainless steel scoop is an undeniable utensil upgrade. 😉 It has a nice weight to it and measures 7 inches long by 2 inches wide.
Copper Stainless Steel Straws (Set of 2), India ($12)
The set of straws above were crafted by the same artisans as the ice cream scoop. They’re made of stainless steel and make a great alternative to single-use straws. Each one measures 8 inches long and pairs well with the ice cream sundae glasses (shown above).
May’s GlobeIn box included all of the supplies needed to have a fancy at-home ice cream sundae date — all artisan-made. My personal favorites this time were the pair of ice cream sundae glasses, stainless steel scoop, and hand-painted topping bowls. — Remember, for a limited time you can save $10 on your first Premium box with coupon code “WELCOME“!
