Each month features a new theme with products supplied by various artisans. GlobeIn helps to bring income and exposure to small artists, while introducing you to beautiful pieces of their culture. Many of the products included are eco-friendly, fairly traded, and/or organic.

Let’s see what’s inside the November 2019 “Warmth” GlobeIn box!
Everything was shipped in a square orange & white box with the GlobeIn logo on the side.
A peek inside!
A small info booklet featured full color photos and background information on all of the products included in the box, as well as the artisans who created them.
Assorted Animal Pillow, Kenya ($25 value)
I love when GlobeIn includes whimsical items like this sweet lil’ sloth friend. Not only is he adorable, but he was lovingly handcrafted by a team of Kenyan artisans employed by Imani Collective. Imani provides a safe and empowering work environment for all of its employees, allowing them to earn an honest living. Mr. Sloth is crafted of natural canvas and has a small tag on his bag with the signature of the artisan who made him. (I included the photo of him being held to better show his size — roughly 11″ x 7″. — Perfect for cuddling!)
Royal Mug – Lavender Bows & Arrows, Morocco ($22 value)
I’m not usually a fan of gold, but the metallic details on this white and lavender mug add just the right amount of elegant charm. — It’s actually 12-carat gold that’s been coated over lead-free, hand-painted ceramic. The piece measures roughly 4 inches in diameter by 4.5 inches tall and needs to be hand-washed due to its delicate nature.
Equal Exchange Organic Spicy Cocoa Mix, Paraguay ($8 value)
Oh, hello vegan-friendly hot chocolate! This flavorful mix was made using organic cacao beans grown on a cooperative farm in the Dominican Republic, along with organic cane sugar from small-scale farmers in Paraguay. To give this mix a spicy kick, they’ve also added organic cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
Hand-Carved Oaxacan Wooden Milk Frother, Mexico ($12 value)
To make your spicy hot chocolate even more delicious, just add some fluffy froth with the help of the hand-carved wooden frother above. To use, simply place the tool in your freshly made cocoa, hold the handle between the palms of your hands, then twirl back and forth until the froth has formed. So easy!
November’s “Warmth” themed GlobeIn box was perfect for the cooler (cozier!) months ahead. My favorite items this time were the sweet Sloth Pillow, Equal Exchange Cocoa Mix, and Wooden Frother. 😀 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $10 on your first Premium box with coupon code “WELCOME“!
