Let’s see what’s in my July 2021 Glossybox!
As mentioned earlier, everything comes in a sturdy lidded box that’s great for repurposing. — July’s box had a fun treasure chest/ocean theme and featured a magnetic side closure.
A peek inside!
An info sheet revealed the contents of July’s box — along with descriptions, retail prices, and tips for using each item.
Ciaté London Glow-To Illuminating Blush in Matchmaker ($16 value)
According to the info booklet I was supposed to receive a Cleo Noir Eyeshadow Duet, but got this illuminating blush instead. I would much have preferred the eyeshadow, but it is what it is. 😉 Using Ciaté’s unique proprietary blend that combines silky matte blush with ultra fine powder highlighter, this blush is “ideal for creating a luminous radiance”. It’s designed to last up to 12 hours and due to the marbling of blush and illuminator, no two compacts are ever the same!
Elaina Badro Divine Duo Set ($34 value)
This pretty sea green/aqua brush set definitely gives off beachy/mermaid vibes. It includes an angled brush that’s great for brow liner and eyeshadow, along with a blending brush for creating soft color diffusion or defined blending. I have a bad habit of applying shadow with my fingers, so I should probably try to utilize these ASAP.
Pūrlisse Beauty Blue Lotus + Seaweed Treatment Sheet Mask ($6 value)
Designed for all skin types (including sensitive skin), this moisturizing sheet mask is infused with Blue Lotus, seaweed and restorative Asian botanicals to deliver antioxidants, vitamins and minerals directly to your skin. Blue Lotus extract power helps to fight free radicals and has both anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties, while White Mulberry brightens and anise helps to tighten & firm. The natural fiber mask is both vegan and cruelty-free.
Verso Eye Cream ($21 deluxe mini value)
Nourish the delicate skin around your eyes with help from this Verso eye cream. Key ingredients include fermented oats and a hyaluronic acid boosting yeast extract that work together to support elastin synthesis and help the skin better withstand daily stresses. The overall effect is smooth, supple, and resistant skin.
Batiste Volumizing Dry Shampoo ($3.99 value, travel size)
When you don’t have time (or motivation) to properly wash your hair, a few spritzes of this dry shampoo will give you an instant refresh. Enriched with a collagen complex, its clean-feel formula removes oil leaving behind bouncy & volumized locks.
My July 2021 Glossybox included a nice variety of makeup, skincare, and haircare items. My favorites this time were the Elaina Badro Divine Duo Set and the Verso Eye Cream. The total retail value of everything in July’s Glossybox was just over $80! 😀 — Remember, for a limited time you can get your first box for only $16 when you use coupon code “TREASURE16” at checkout!
