Chocolate Raw Almond Butter Miracle Tart – The first tart I tried was the Chocolate Raw Almond Butter. I had no idea what to expect… I don’t even know if I’ve ever had a “tart” before. The flavor was very rich and chocolatey, and the yummy almond butter layer helped to make it not too chocolatey/one dimensional. It had an almond flour-based crust, which also helped to balance out the sweetness.

Meyer Lemon Miracle Tart – The second tart I tried was the Meyer Lemon. I’m a big fan of citrusy things, so I was excited to dig into this one. Holy lemons, was this ever lemon-y! Like the chocolate one, it was very rich… and very, very lemony. Um, did I mention how lemony it was? 😉

I recently discovered Hail Merry through a sub box and I LOVE all of their products, but ESPECIALLY the tarts! Such a decadent (but much less guilty) treat. I think my favorite flavor is the Persian Lime (akin to a Key Lime flavor). Sooooo yummy!!
