Oh, snap! It’s Love With Food time again! This month’s theme is “Wake up to the New Year”. I have no idea how that ties into the snacks, but whatev. Maybe they’re just welcoming us to a whole new year of snackin’? Who knoooows.
Love With Food boxes are still only $10/month (plus $2 shipping). They also have a “deluxe” box for $19.95/month (free shipping). With every box purchased, Love With Food donates a meal to a person in need. Everyone wins!
Onto the snackage!
Homefree Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies – I LOVE these cookies! I’ve gotten them in quite a few other boxes and they’re always a welcome treat. They have the perfect chocolate chip cookie flavor and they’re vegan, certified gluten free, and made with non-GMO ingredients.
Blue Diamond Almonds (Lightly Salted) – This is a low sodium, 100 calorie pack of lightly salted almonds. I’m liking the 100-calorie thing, but I wish they were unsalted. I’m not really a fan of salty nuts. 😉
Annie’s Homegrown Organic Granola Bar – Certified organic chewy granola bar made with non-GMO whole grains. No high-fructose corn syrup and nothing artificial. Yum!
Mama’s Magic Mix “Banana Split Baby Mama Drama” – I thought this was for kids at first, but now I’m not sure. For some reason I expected it to be full of freeze dried fruit pieces, but was surprised to see that bananas and strawberries were the very last ingredients listed. Weird, considering they’re the first things listed on the front of the package. Meh.
Caffe Borsa Hand Drip Coffee – Well this looks awfully familiar… 😉 I actually have a review/giveaway up for these handy dandy coffee packets. They’re a nice alternative to k-cups when you don’t have a brewer available. Great for camping, travel, work… The little bag inside serves as its own brewer that you simply pour hot water over. Goodbye, crappy instant coffee!
Lovely Candy Co Superfood Chews – Funny, I also hosted a giveaway for these candies not too long ago (over the summer?). They remind me of a healthier version of Starburst. They’re vegan, gluten-free, and made with real fruit (that you can actually see in each piece). Mmm.
Hi I’m Skinny Multi Grain Sea Salt Sticks – All natural, 100 calorie snack made with whole grains. Vegan and non-GMO. I’ve never heard of this brand, so I’m interested to see if they’re any good. Hope so!
Oskri Orange Fruit Bar – This bar is made with nothing but 100% fruit: oranges, dates, figs, and raisins. That’s it. It has 120 calories and a whopping 5 grams of fiber (20% DV).
Jer’s Squares in Original & Pretzo Change-O – Bite-sized chocolate bars made with all natural ingredients.
This wasn’t my favorite Love With Food box, but it wasn’t awful. There were quite a few vegan products, which is always a big plus. I’m sure non-vegans would appreciate this month’s offerings a lot more than I did (especially the chocolates!).
Right now, Love With Food is offering new members their first box for just $5 when you use the promo code “FB7OFFER”. Just click here and enter the code at checkout!
