KeepWell is a new quarterly subscription box dedicated to providing customers with natural preventive medicine from each seasons’ ailments.
Each box will feature an assortment of natural products chosen to best fit each subscriber’s individual lifestyles. Items can include natural deodorant, sunscreen, lotion, supplements, skin care products, immunity support, aromatherapy, tea, and more. What makes KeepWell unique is that it’s run entirely by high school students. Cool!
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $25/season with free shipping. — For a limited time, you can save 25% on the summer box just by clicking here!
Let’s see what’s in my Summer 2018 KeepWell box!
Everything was shipped in a light blue box with the KeepWell logo on top.
A peek inside!
There wasn’t any sort of info card enclosed, but they did include a little KeepWell magnet.
Fat and the Moon Lil’ Deodorant Cream (x2)
While I don’t love deodorants that I have to apply with my fingertips, the scent of this is enough to encourage me to give it a try. It’s made with all natural ingredients including coconut oil, aluminum-free baking soda, arrowroot starch, beeswax, and various essential oils.
Coola SPF 50 Sport Sunscreen in Fresh Mango
I’m currently using a full-size Coola sunscreen that I received in a different subscription box, so I was happy to see these travel-friendly samples. I love that it’s made with organic ingredients, is water-resistant for up to 80 minutes, and smells fantastic. 🙂
ArtNaturals Pure Essential Oil Rollerballs
Two essential oil rollerball blends were included in the box: Signature Om and Signature Chi. Om features a blend of basil, lavender, kaffir lime, cardamom, and holy basil oils to reduce nervousness, nausea and depression. Chi blends eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree, lemon, Siberian fir tree, cardamom, and European bay laurel leaf oils to fight allergies, fatigue and the urge to over eat. My allergies have been brutal lately, so I’m hoping Chi can give me a little relief. (Fingers crossed!)
Phoenix Eyes Renewing + Moisturizing Balm (x2)
This renewing moisturizer is specially formulated for the fine skin around the eyes. It’s made with a blend of organic rosehip oil, organic shea butter, organic sweet almond oil, organic jojoba oil, sea buckthorn oil, and infused wildcrafted wild rose petals. After cleansing, apply a small amount to the eye area and massage into the skin.
Vermont Village Vinegar Shots
I’ve been drinking this apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons with a cup of water) every morning for a couple years now, so I was excited to see these flavored options. I received “Blueberries & Honey”, “Turmeric & Honey”, and “Cranberries & Honey”. All are organic, non-GMO, and made with the ‘mother’. Just mix into a glass of water and drink up!
Intelligent Nutrients Sanitizer
This certified organic sanitizer kills 99.9% of bacteria while leaving your hands feeling soft and clean. It’s chemical-free and proven effective against salmonella, MRSA and ecoli. It’s also vegan and cruelty-free.
Traditional Medicinals Organic Ginger Herbal Tea
I love ginger! This tea is made with the highest quality, pharmacopoeia grade herbs and helps “get the digestive juices flowing, relieves occasional indigestion, and prevents nausea associated with motion”. I always like having some of this on hand for upset stomachs.
SPF-15 Day Cream
This little tub didn’t have any labeling on it (aside from that sticker on top), so I’m not sure who it’s made by. It was also nearly empty, so I’ll probably be tossing it anyway. Ah well.
Nationwide Vitamins Anti-Oxidant Energy Pac Three
The final item was an antioxidant energy vitamin pack that included 2 gels, 6 tablets, and 6 capsules. That’s way more pills that I’d ever want to take in one day, no matter how healthy they claim to be. They’re not vegan-friendly anyway, so no loss there. 😉
I really enjoyed my first KeepWell box! At first glance, I was a little bummed that everything was sample-sized, but there was actually a nice amount of items in there and the sanitizer alone retails for $14. Aside from the very last 2 items, I’ll most likely be able to use everything in the box. — I’ll call that a win! 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time, you can save 25% on the summer box just by clicking here!
