The Winter 2016 Konenkii box is here — and it’s awesome!
If you’re not aware, Konenkii is a quarterly subscription box designed for modern women who want to “age fearlessly and have some fun along the way”. Every box will feature an assortment of items to “ease, educate, and empower” — but mostly to enjoy. Items will all be full sized and can include beauty products, books, edibles, accessories, and more.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $49.99 per quarter, or less with an annual commitment. — For a limited time, you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “TAKE5“!
Let’s see what’s in the Winter 2016 Konenkii box!
As always, everything was shipped in a bright red box with the Konenkii logo in white print.
A peek inside!
An info card listed everything in the box, along with descriptions for each one. The theme this time was “Warmth”.
Tartan Thrawl – I fell in love with this “thrawl” as soon as I opened the box! It’s insanely soft and quite large. As the name suggests, it can be used as both a cozy throw and a stylish shawl. The neutral colors make it perfect for pairing with almost any outfit and I’ll definitely be rocking this ASAP!
The Magic Mug – Ahhh! Another item that was love at first sight! I would absolutely buy something like this on my own, so it was great to see it in the box. This adorable mug is black with a sleeping face at room temperature, but once you fill it with something hot its little face wakes up and the mug turns white. SO stinkin’ cute!
Chocomize Hot Chocolate on a Spoon – I always see these and wish I could enjoy them, knowing that they likely contain dairy… BUT! — This one is actually dairy-free and vegan-friendly! I cannot wait to stir this into a mug of hot milk. 😀
Illumai Biome Care System – A 3-step hair system that’s formulated to work with your natural biome to clean, nurture, and protect your hair. The kit contains a shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in finishing spray. All products are PETA certified and contain no sulfates, silicones, preservatives, or parabens. They’re also gluten free, GMO free, and nut free.
Tea Drops – Tea Drops are organic pressed teas that dissolve in your cup. They’re made with USDA organic tea, spices, and lightly sweetened with raw sugar. Just pop one in a cup, add boiling water, and drink up! Very cool. I’m definitely looking forward to trying these out.
McCrea’s Black Lava Sea Salt Caramels – These little caramels are hand-crafted, slow-cooked, and made with crystals of Hawaiian black sea salt. This is the only item I won’t be able to personally enjoy, but it’ll make a nice stocking stuffer. 🙂
I think this was my absolute favorite Konenkii box yet! From the moment I opened it up and saw the scarf I knew it was going to be a great box. The more items I pulled out, the better it got. 😀 One of the best boxes I’ve received this year! — Remember, if you’d like to sign up (for yourself or as a gift), you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “TAKE5“!
