Let’s see what’s in the April 2018 Mommy Mailbox box!
Everything was shipped in a white box with the Mommy Mailbox logo on top.
A peek inside!
April’s box theme was “Indulge” and it was curated by the team behind My Zodiac Box — a subscription box personalized for your specific astrology sign.
An info card listed all of the items in the box, along with brief descriptions for each one.
Formulary 55 Gardenia Blossoms Sparkling Bath Tablet ($6)
I’m always happy to get more bath bombs! This one is made with ground dead sea salts that fizz and distribute fragrance & skin soothing oils throughout the water. I’m usually not too keen on floral scents, but “Gardenia Blossoms” somehow smells like lemons to me. Kind of strange, but I like it. 😉
Robyn Rhodes “Gwen” Earrings ($45)
These simple, versatile bar earrings measure just 1/2 inch long and can easily be dressed up or down. They’re plated in rose gold and every pair is handmade by designer Robyn Rhodes. I can no longer wear earrings myself, but these will certainly make a nice gift.
Glow For a Cause “Wish” Body Butter ($16)
I’ve received this body butter in various subscription boxes over the last few years and while it isn’t my favorite (the scent is a bit too strong for me), it’s still a nice product. Its ultra rich formula contains moisturizing oils of coconut, jojoba, sunflower, vitamin E, and other skin-nourishing ingredients. It’s also paraben, phthalate, and gluten free.
Sweet Water Decor Rose Gold Pen ($9.99, Amazon)
I can always use more pens and this one is a lot fancier than the one I’ve been using lately — a freebie from our pediatrician’s office. 😉 The pen features a pretty rose gold barrel engraved with the phrase “You Got This”. It has black ink and writes smooth as buttah. 🙂
Fatty Sundays Chocolate Covered Pretzels ($3.49)
My kids are going to LOVE these! The box contains 3 pretzel rods covered in white chocolate, vanilla cookie pieces, and plenty of rainbow sprinkles. What’s not to love? (Well, I suppose I would love them more if they were vegan. Ha!)
I really enjoyed April’s “Indulge” themed Mommy Mailbox box! My favorite items were the Formulary 55 bath fizzy, rose gold pen, and body butter. The total retail value of this month’s box was approximately $80! 😀 — Remember if you’d like to subscribe, you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “ROSE5“!
