Let’s see what’s in my October 2015 Munchpak!
The box was shipped via 2-day priority mail and featured a super cute airplane/box full of snacks on the lid.
A peek inside. It appears that my Munchpak was made by Sara. Thanks, Sara! 🙂
Snacks!!
Umaibo Corn Potage Flavor – A popular Japanese snack with a savory, corn-flavored crunch.
Cacahuates Japones Japanese Style Cocktail Peanuts – Roasted Japanese cocktail peanuts from Mexico? Sure, why not!
Haribo Teeth – It’s hard to tell from my photo, but the “teeth” part of these gummy candies have a smooth texture and are even shiny like actual teeth. Creepy!
7 Days Pizza Flavored Bake Rolls – These bagel-shaped bread chips are double baked, extra crunchy, and seasoned with herbs and spices for a real pizza flavor.
Alberts Marpoles Marshmallow Pole – Ah, I see what they did there! — Marshmallow + Pole = Marpole. Brilliant! A colorful, twisted marshmallow treat from China.
Palebola Tama-Roca Tamarind Fruit Candy with Salt and Chili – This lollipop is actually a chunk of Tamarind fruit covered in a spicy chili and salt seasoning. Sounds… interesting.
Lotte Nude Pepero – Korean cookie sticks with a creamy milk chocolate filling. (Basically backwards Pocky. 😉 )
Calbee Shrimp Chips – Baked French fry shaped crisps made with wheat and real shrimp flavor. A Japanese favorite.
Tamarind Candy – I’ve never had tamarind before, but this sounds a lot more appealing than the lollipop mentioned earlier. It’s from Thailand and consists of just tamarind, sugar, and salt.
Ozmo Cornet Chocolate Cone – A hazelnut cream filled wafer “ice cream” cone topped with candy coated chocolate pieces. Yum!
MunchPak is definitely a fun way to discover new treats! They included a good mix of both sweet and salty snacks from all over the world… Some with common flavors, and some made for the more adventurous snackers. Overall, a great snack discovery box!
