Let’s see what’s in my September 2016 MunchPak!
Everyone’s enjoying their snacks on this month’s box. — I don’t remember seeing this design before. I like the Munchpak man in the middle. 😉
MunchPak doesn’t include a standard info card with their boxes, but they do let you know who was responsible for packing it. This one was packed (with love) by Nick.
Frito Lay Cheetos Umashio Flavor – These corn flavored(?) Cheetos hail from Japan and are said to be sweet at first, but quickly transform into a more traditional salty flavor.
Wellmade Melon Slices – Brightly colored gummy watermelon slices dusted with a coating of white sugar. (Made in Turkey.)
7 Days Peanut Butter Crème & Jelly Soft Croissant – Ooh… A PB&J pastry! My fingers were crossed that it would miraculously be vegan, but alas, it was not. 🙁 This treat from Poland features a classic croissant on the outside, with sweet jelly and peanut butter in the center.
Quaker Hill Farms Chortles in Cinnamon Flavor – Tiny graham cracker bites/drops flavored with real cinnamon. These were almost vegan, with the exception of egg whites. Wahhhh! My kiddos will enjoy ’em though.
Rasa Kulit Jeruk Nano Nano Candy – An Indonesian treat that’s both sweet and tangy. It’s “orange peel” flavored and actually appears to be vegan!
Kinder Happy Hippo Biscuit – These are so cute! Happy Hippo is a hippo-shaped cookie filled with hazelnut cream and dusted with white meringue shards. It even has little eyes and nostrils. 😉
Griski Kiki Stapici Pretzels Sticks Peanut – A sweet & salty snack from Serbia consisting of skinny pretzel sticks filled with creamy peanut butter.
Kabaya Jyu-C Grape Flavored Candy – A crunchy grape flavored candy from Japan that’s reminiscent of American Smarties.
7 Days Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Chips – Crunchy cinnamon raisin flavored bagel chips made with all natural ingredients that happen to be vegan-friendly. Woo!
Gringo Jack’s Chile Rubbed Flaky Tortilla Chips – Another vegan-friendly snack! These chips are made in Vermont using all natural ingredients including wheat flour, non-GMO canola oil, kosher salt, and spices.
I was happy to see more vegan-friendly snacks in September’s MunchPak! I never really expect to, but when I find a couple I’m always excited. 😉 If you’d like to try out MunchPak, you can save $2 on your first box with coupon code “ROSEBUDS“!
