Let’s see what’s in the July 2023 My Paper Box (Grand Subscription) box!
Everything was shipped in a small brown box with a personalized sticker/label on top. — July’s theme was “Everyday is Sundae”!
A peek inside!
The box now comes with an insert with an extra calendar printed on the reverse side — complete with lesser-known daily “holidays”.
An exclusive My Paper Box booklet/”magazine” provided more details about the items inside this month’s box, as well as a calendar, detailed list of bizarre & unique holidays, helpful tips on a variety of subjects, and more.
Desk Calendar
In addition to the calendar printed inside the booklet, the box also included a separate 2-sided card featuring a July 2023 calendar on one side and a list of unique holidays on the other.
Ice Cream Themed Greeting Cards
Three different ice cream themed greeting cards were included — all with coordinating yellow envelopes.
The first card featured a cute sundae illustration with the words “Stay Cool” printed on the cup. The inside was blank for personalizing with your own message. This is a nice versatile card that would work for many different occasions, or just to say hello to a faraway friend.
Birthday cards are the type of greeting card that I tend to use the most, so I’m always happy to add more to my stash. The card above has a cheerful yellow/banana theme and is printed with the phrase “Wishing you a Sweet Birthday”.
The third card was also birthday-themed with a similar style as the previous one. Instead of bananas, it featured cherries and was printed with the phrase “Wishing You Happy Birthday with a Cherry on Top”. As with the others, it was also blank inside to personalize as you wish.
Everyday is Sundae Notepad
July’s box included 3 different notepads — all with fun ice cream themed designs. The first (and largest) of the three is designed to be a weekly planner, with separate sections to organize all of your tasks for each day. Printed at the top of the page are the words “Everyday is Sundae”, which of course made me think of the Morrissey song “Everyday is Like Sunday” and is now stuck in my head for the foreseeable future. 😉
Here’s the Scoop Notepad
The second (and smallest) notepad had a “Here’s the Scoop” graphic in the top right corner, along with the same “Stay Cool” sundae illustration from one of the greeting cards in the bottom left corner. My name was printed in red text on the bottom right.
Ice Cream Shop Notepad
The third and final notepad was long & narrow in size and featured a waffle cone design, complete with a cute Ice Cream Shop logo centered at the top. My name was printed right below in white text over a red background.
Standard Size (not mini) Sprinkles Card
In addition to the three smaller greeting cards shown earlier, the box also included a standard sized card. The top half of the card was covered in multi-colored sprinkles, while the bottom half featured the phrase “You’re the Sprinkles to My Sundae” in dark pink print over a light yellow background. A dark blue envelope was also provided.
Highlighter Set
These green and pink highlighters came at the perfect time, as both of my kids have these on their supply list for the coming school year. They each need two, so that’s one less thing I have to shop for. Woo! 😉 (Also, I’m 100% sure they would have stolen these from me anyway. Kids.)
Banana Smartphone Ring Holder/Stand
Stick this fun banana-shaped ring holder/stand to the back of your phone to get a better grip while taking photos. It also doubles as an adjustable stand. To use, simply remove the backing to expose the adhesive and press onto your phone. Easy!
Planner Stickers
The final item was a set of ice cream themed planner stickers. There were four sheets in all, with plenty of colorful borders, tabs, and more to help keep you organized. Use them in planners, journals, calendars, cards, and anywhere else that could use an extra bit of flair.
July’s My Paper Box included a colorful collection of summery, ice cream themed stationery. My personal favorites this time were the birthday cards, notepads, and highlighter set. — Remember, for a limited time you can save 50% on your first Grand Subscription box with coupon code “WELCOME“!
