Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home.
Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.

Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
Let’s see what’s in my April 2021 Nadine West package!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into two separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 2 tops, 1 bottom (pants/leggings), 3 dresses, and 1 necklace. (Normally I wouldn’t receive so many dresses, but I was sent a replacement for a duplicate I had received the previous month.)
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Dorothy Dress
It’s difficult to tell from the photos above, but this striped dress actually has a navy (not black) and white color scheme. It features a wide crew neck collar with an adorable tied knot detail at the waist. As soon as I pulled it out of the package, I couldn’t wait to try it on. Sadly, it was a LOT tighter than I had anticipated and almost felt like a child’s size as opposed to an adult medium. The fit on the model in the last photo above assured me that it’s not supposed to be skin-tight, so I’m not sure what happened here. It would probably look cute on my 8 year olds though. 😉
Telsa Dress
As sad I was about the fit of the last dress, Telsa totally made up for it. This black & white striped piece fit perfectly and is 100% something I would have purchased on my own. It has full length sleeves with a wide crew neck collar in the front and low-cut v-neck collar in the back. It also has POCKETS. 🙂
Skylar Top
This heather gray tee isn’t something I would have chosen on my own, but when I actually tried it on I didn’t hate it. — That’s a compliment coming from someone as picky as I am. 😉 The cut-out details on the sleeves were kind of fun, though it would definitely require the use of a strapless bra for the best look.
Lilith Dress
While I do tend to like simple dresses, this one sort of reminded me more of a nightshirt. (Maybe it’s the lighter colors? The length?) I rolled up the sleeves a bit in hopes that it would look a little less like nighttime attire, but it just didn’t cut it for me. I may have liked it more if it were A-line and not so… gown-y. Can’t win ’em all!
Maleah Jeans/Jeggings
I’m honestly not sure if these are actual skinny jeans or jeggings, but whatever they are I’m a fan. 🙂 They definitely feel like real denim and have the perfect skinny jeans/jeggings fit. Oh — I just realized (upon looking at the photos above) that they have no zippers/buttons and the waist is stretchy, sooo… definitely jeggings. They do have real/functional pockets though!
Long Silver Tassel Necklace
Nadine West always includes a unique piece of jewelry in every shipment — in my case, usually a long silver necklace. I’m amassing quite the collection, and while this funky gemstone/tassel piece isn’t exactly my style I do love seeing what unique designs they send each month.
While there were a couple misses in this month’s Nadine West shipment, I was still able to find some pieces that I really liked. As always, the items that I didn’t care for could be sent right back with no cost to me. Woo! My favorite pieces this time around were the Telsa dress, Skylar top, and Maleah jeggings. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
