Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home.
Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.
Disclosure: Package was received for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate links.
Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
Let’s see what’s in my February 2022 Nadine West package!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into three separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 2 tops, 2 bottoms (pants/leggings), 1 dress, and 1 necklace.
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Tabitha Top in Olive
While I wish it was a bit longer, I absolutely love this top! You can’t tell from the photos, but the inside is lined with an almost fleece-like material (um, maybe fleece? 😉 ) that makes it incredibly soft & cozy. I also love its olive green color and the fact that it has a single pullover hoodie-like pocket in front. LOVE!
Jaina Top/Cardigan in New Mustard
I love long cardigans and have a black one that I wear almost daily — which my kids lovingly(?) refer to as my cape (or “Cape-y”). The one above is a bit… brighter than I’m used to, but I do like the length and overall fit. I’m all about snug-fitting arms and open, free-flowing fronts(?). I’d love to receive this piece in more neutral colors. 🙂
Emi Dress in Black
At first glance, I really loved the style of this dress and had high hopes for it… Sadly, once I tried it on it wasn’t quite a winner. Instead of being loose at/below the waist like an A-line dress, it was actually quite snug and fit more like a sheath style dress. Bummer.
Nellie Leggings in Black
I feel like I’ve gotten similar leggings like these a couple times before… They’re ribbed and actually look more like tights than leggings — but unlike tights, they have very limited stretch to them. In fact, I couldn’t even pull them all the way up. On the bright side, I can probably pass them along to my 9 year olds for a better fit. 😉
Jana Bottoms in Black
Sorry Jana, but you lost me at your flared legs. 😉 Is this style “in” again? I honestly have no idea… Either way, I just can’t get down with these pants. For those who don’t mind the flared look, they also offer “ultimate tummy control” with decorative buttons on the waist.
Alice Necklace in Silver
This month’s jewelry item was a mid-length silver necklace featuring two chains — one shorter than the other — with the longest one featuring a small open ring “pendant” at the end.
Once I decide which items to keep, I can simply place the unwanted pieces back into the original shipping bag and send them back using the pre-paid return label above. So easy!
My February 2022 Nadine West shipment included an equal amount of hits and misses. I LOVE the Tabitha top and hope to receive similar pieces in the future. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
