Time for another Nadine West review! — Let’s see what’s in my June 2023 package!
Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home. Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.
Disclosure: Package was received for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate links.
Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can try your first package for FREE (no shipping charge!) and save $25 when you keep every item in your package with coupon code “NWROSE25“!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into two separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 2 tops, 2 bottoms (pants/leggings), 1 dress, and 1 necklace.
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Shiela Rose Just a Swingin’ Top in Charcoal
I really like the style of this cute A-line style tunic. It almost looks like a dress and could probably be worn as one if you’re on the shorter side. 😉 I’ll likely be pairing it with black leggings for a comfy outfit in the fall or early spring. I’m usually not a fan of “extra” details, but the buttons here are just subtle enough to let them slide. 🙂
Shiela Rose Bella Top in Black
Another winner! I’m all about the versatile “basics” and this black hooded tee is just that. While it resembles a regular hoodie, it’s actually made of a thinner t-shirt material — making it great for those transitional weeks in between seasons when it’s too cold for a t-shirt but too hot for a sweater. Of course I love the fact that it’s solid black and am totally fine with the contrasting white hood strings. I’m predicting this one will get a LOT of wear come early fall.
Giovanna Dress in Black
More black! 😀 Do I love the little keyhole detail on the collar? Nope, I do not. But I do like the color, length, and adjustable drawstring waist. This another piece that I’ll likely be saving for the cooler months, to layer with leggings and a long cozy cardigan.
Elaine Pants in Khaki
After three wins in a row, there was bound to be a couple misses. 😉 We’ll start with these khaki colored velour-like pants. I wear the most casual-est of casual when it comes to clothing. I honestly don’t have a need for “dressy” pants with built-in faux belts. I’m sure other folks would love them… I’m just not those folks.
Aldreane Sailor Button Dress Pants in Black
Again, I have zero use for dress pants. Aside from the gold button details, I’d say these were more of a style I would wear if I HAD to but I’m thankful that I don’t. 😉 However, I do like the fact that they have functional back pockets. So there’s that.
Allie Necklace in Rhodium
This month’s jewelry item was a short silver necklace with two small open circle/ring charms. One charm was solid silver, while the other featured a row of pretty shimmering crystals. The openings are large enough so that you could remove one (or both) of the charms if you ever desired.
Once I decide which items to keep, I can simply place the unwanted pieces back into the original shipping bag and send them back using the pre-paid return label above. So easy!
My June 2023 Nadine West shipment definitely had more wins than misses! My favorites this time were the Shiela Rose Bella Top, Sheila Rose Just a Swingin’ Top, Giovanna Dress, and Allie necklace. — Remember, for a limited time you can try your first package for FREE (no shipping charge!) and save $25 when you keep every item in your package with coupon code “NWROSE25“!
