Time for another Nadine West review! — Let’s see what’s in my March 2023 package!
Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home. Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.
Disclosure: Package was received for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate links.
Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can try your first package for FREE (no shipping charge!) and save $25 when you keep every item in your package with coupon code “NWROSE25“!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into two separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 2 tops, 2 bottoms (pants/leggings), 1 dress, and 1 necklace.
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Shiela Rose Relaxed Button Top in Black Slate
For some reason this sweater looks a little purple-ish in my photos, but I assure you it is 100% gray. 😉 The lightweight cardigan-style sweater features a v-neck collar with tortoise shell colored buttons along the center. It’s slightly longer in the back, with the front draping comfortably below the waist. This is a nice piece to use for layering throughout the seasons.
Sheila Rose Kat Tank in Navy
This dark blue tank would work great with a pair of skinny jeans for a casual, yet put together look. It features a “twisted” collar that fastens in the back with two round buttons and a key-hole style opening in the front. It also has a cute faux belt/”tie” detail on the side and a slightly tapered bottom for a more fitting look.
Maya Layered Hem Dress in Cranberry
I don’t seem to receive many long-sleeved dresses from Nadine West, so this was a nice surprise. I’m not crazy about the actual style (mainly the tiered part at the bottom), but I’m also very picky. 😉 I do like the cute super subtle puffed shoulders and gathered/elastic details at the end of the sleeves. The color is nice too.
Cadence Bottom in Dark Denim
There are very few pieces that I don’t at least try on, even if I don’t think I’ll like them… These pants were a rare exception. I just couldn’t do it. The weird front zipper without a button, the thick silver stripe along the sides, the GLITTER (hard to see in photos, but it’s there). Needless to say, I was not a fan. 😉 (How’s that for honesty?)
Eleanor Ro Jeggings in Black
These black denim-inspired jeggings feature orange/gold contrasting stitching along the seams, as well as gold and white embroidered designs on the back pockets. I could have done without the pocket designs, but thankfully they can be easily hidden with a long shirt or tunic.
Jane Necklace in Rhodium
This month’s jewelry item was a long silver necklace featuring a pendant consisting of three abstract open circles in descending sizes. The chain was more of a rope style and had a 2-3 inch extender.
Once I decide which items to keep, I can simply place the unwanted pieces back into the original shipping bag and send them back using the pre-paid return label above. So easy!
My March 2023 Nadine West shipment included an even mix of hits and misses. My favorites this time were the Shiela Rose Kat Tank, Shiela Rose Relaxed Button Top, and Eleanor Ro Jeggings. — Remember, for a limited time you can try your first package for FREE (no shipping charge!) and save $25 when you keep every item in your package with coupon code “NWROSE25“!
