Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home.
Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.
Disclosure: Package was received for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate links.
Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
Let’s see what’s in my May 2022 Nadine West package!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into two separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 2 tops, 2 bottoms (pants/leggings), 1 dress, and 1 necklace.
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Athena Top in Mauve
I must be in the minority when it comes to not loving “cut out” details on my clothing, because SO many pieces seem to have them. The long sleeved shirt above features a series of roughly 1-inch wide “straps” along the shoulders that lead all the way to the collar. It’s not awful by any means, but it does make the bra situation a little tricky as far as hiding the straps. I suppose the only option would be a strapless bra, or no bra if you’re feeling extra daring. 😉
Rylie Tank Top in Golden
Here we have a simple mustard-colored tank with a v-neck collar. It’s designed to be comfy and loose-fitting, making it ideal for hiding any mid-section trouble areas. 😉 You can pair it with leggings for an easy casual look, or with jeans and some fun jewelry for a more “put together” vibe.
Shiela Rose Kaleigh Skater Dress in Black
Oh, those cut-out details… Luckily for me, the criss cross design on the sleeves above have zero impact on bra strap placement so I’ll give them a pass. Also, I can easily make the design completely disappear with the help of one of my trusty cardigans. 😉 In fact, I’m wearing that exact pairing as I type. The dress itself fits perfectly and I love the A-line style. — Plus, it has pockets!
Eleanor Ro Bottom in White
The lighting in my photos is a little wonky, but I assure you these joggers are 100% white. — They’re also 100% cozy and I love them! They have a great, slightly loose (not snug like leggings) fit which make them great for lounging around the house. The drawstring at the waist allows you to adjust the tightness as needed, and once again — pockets!
Nicole Bottom in Black
I’m honestly not the biggest fan of velour, but I will admit that the leggings above are incredibly soft & cozy. Plus, they do fit great so I think I’ll hold onto them for the cooler months. I’m sure they’ll be somewhat warmer than my usual leggings and a lot better at keeping out the blustery wind.
Zaneta Necklace in Silver
This month’s jewelry item was a mid-length silver necklace featuring a small round charm with a pretty geometric, star-like design stamped in the center. I’ve already worn it a couple times and I think it’s one of my favorite jewelry pieces from Nadine West to date. 🙂
Once I decide which items to keep, I can simply place the unwanted pieces back into the original shipping bag and send them back using the pre-paid return label above. So easy!
My May 2022 Nadine West shipment had an even mix of both hits and misses. My favorite pieces were the Shiela Rose Kaleigh Skater Dress, Eleanor Ro Joggers, and Zaneta Silver Necklace. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
