Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home.
Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.
Disclosure: Package was received for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate links.
Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
Let’s see what’s in my November 2021 Nadine West package!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into two separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 3 tops, 1 bottom (pants/leggings), 1 dress, and 1 necklace.
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Hope Top in Charcoal
I’m happy to see some cooler weather items starting to pop up in the shipments, as we’re heading into the 40’s here soon. The top/cardigan above features a deep v-neck with shiny gold buttons down the entire front. It has quarter-length sleeves with ribbed details along both the bottom and sleeve edges. Its neutral charcoal gray color makes it a very versatile piece.
Libby Tank Top in Olive
This casual tank is great for layering in the cooler months and wearing on its own when the weather allows. It has a loose, flow-y fit and would pair great with a pair of jeans or leggings.
Letty Shirt Dress in Black & White
I’m a big fan of black and white stripes, so I had high hopes for this dress… Sadly, it was a bit too snug-fitting and not very flattering upon trying it on. I’m more comfortable with A-line silhouettes and this particular dress is just a little too form-fitting than I’m used to.
Cailyn Top in Black
This solid black tee features a classic crew neck design with a bit of edginess thanks to the cold shoulder inspired cut-outs just below the shoulders. The grommeted straps give the tee sort of a subtle punk vibe that can still be worn by someone over 40. 😉
Holly Capri in Coffee
I think this is the second month in a row that I’ve gotten capris and it’s a good reminder for me to edit my style profile ASAP. (Just not a fan.) That said, these do look comfy and I like their deep brown, autumn-friendly shade & slight shimmer. I just wish they were full-length.
If Love Could Fly Necklace in Silver
This month’s jewelry item was a long silver necklace featuring a large wing pendant studded with tiny clear crystals, sandwiched between two smaller charms — a filigree heart and a second (crystal-less) wing. While it’s not something I would personally wear, I know my daughters would be happy to add it to their collection. 🙂
Once I decide which items to keep, I can simply place the unwanted pieces back into the original shipping bag and send them back using the pre-paid return label above. So easy!
My November 2021 Nadine West shipment included a nice collection of warm and cold weather options. I personally would have liked to have seen more autumn/winter appropriate items, so hopefully I’ll see more next month. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save $25 when you keep every item in your package and get FREE shipping with coupon code “ROSEBUDS25“!
