Time for another Nadine West review! — Let’s see what’s in my October 2023 package!
Nadine West is a clothing subscription service providing customers with personalized items to try on from the comfort of their home. Each monthly shipment — chosen by your own personal stylist — will include 4 to 6 items, typically consisting of tops (shirts, blouses, cardigans), a bottom (shorts, leggings, skirts), a dress and a couple pieces of jewelry or other accessories. They may also include seasonal items, like sunglasses in the summer or a scarf or beanie in the winter.
Disclosure: Package was received for review purposes. Post may contain affiliate links.
Upon signing up, you’ll fill out a style profile indicating your clothing size(s), jewelry preference, colors you’d like to avoid, areas you’d prefer to conceal (tummy, thighs, etc.), and more. This can be changed/updated at any time.
After you receive your package, you can try the items on in the comfort of your home, and see how easily they fit into your existing wardrobe. Return what you didn’t love by the specified date on your packing slip by using the same envelope, return postage label and the sticky tape included. There are no fees or no hidden costs. You simply pay only for the items you keep.
There is no monthly cost for the subscription, but rather a $9.78 shipping charge. If you choose to keep any of your items, that charge is credited to your purchase (making shipping free!). — For a limited time, you can try your first package for FREE (no shipping charge!) and save $25 when you keep every item in your package with coupon code “NWROSE25“!
Everything was shipped in a bright pink poly mailer bag — which is the same bag you’ll use to return any items you choose not to purchase.
All of the pieces were folded into two separate bundles and wrapped in pink tissue paper.
A packing slip listed each of the items, along with their discounted prices. Since my package was sent for review, the actual prices weren’t listed — however most pieces sell for between $10-$30 each.
I received 2 tops, 2 bottoms (pants/leggings), 1 dress, and 1 necklace.
The screenshot above shows how I described my personal style in the Style Profile. Let’s see how they did this time!
Shiela Rose Vera Cardigan in Black/White Stripe
Cardigans are a layering must in the cooler months. This black & white striped piece is great for pairing with short or long-sleeved tees in just about any color. The length is a nice alternative to the longer, cape-like cardigans that I tend to receive — falling just below my hips. It’s also lightweight, making it a nice option for cool spring days as well.
Aurora Top in Magenta
Another nice piece for layering, this magenta cami is constructed of a super stretchy swimsuit-like material for a snug fit. Unfortunately I’m not too crazy about the criss-cross details on the neckline, but I get that I’m probably in the minority there. 😉
Shiela Rose Dalia Dress in Pink
This mid-length dress is definitely more of a warm weather piece that wouldn’t be getting much use here in NY state for quite some time. 😉 The sleeveless pink dress features a removable belt/tie at the waist with a pretty “tulip” style hem at the bottom. It’s made of a soft, lightweight material that would be perfect for the warm/hot summer months.
Reema Leggings in Black
These leggings took me a minute to figure out… I wasn’t quite sure how the bands at the top were supposed to go until I realized they were designed to allow a bit of skin to show on each side. Can’t say I’m much of a fan of this particular style, but I’m sure it’s a better look on people who are actually toned/in shape (not me). 😉
Jaline Pants in Black
Okay, now these are more my style. — Comfy joggers! They have everything: Adjustable drawstring waist, functional pockets, soft material, and classic tapered/elastic bottoms. Perfect “cozy, lazy day at home” pants!
Vian Necklace in Silver
This month’s jewelry item was a short pendant necklace featuring a pretty leaf-shaped charm with a delicate filigree pattern inside. It’s very sparkly and looks even better in person. — One of my favorite Nadine West necklaces to date! 😀
Once I decide which items to keep, I can simply place the unwanted pieces back into the original shipping bag and send them back using the pre-paid return label above. So easy!
My October 2023 Nadine West shipment included some nice pieces for layering during the coming cooler months. My favorites this time were the Shiela Rose Vera Cardigan, Jaline Jogger Pants, and Vian Necklace. — Remember, for a limited time you can try your first package for FREE (no shipping charge!) and save $25 when you keep every item in your package with coupon code “NWROSE25“!
