The Sox Box by Odd Sox is a monthly subscription box that delivers unique socks customized to fit your personal style.
When you sign up, you’ll be asked to provide a few details to help Sox Box select the socks best tailored to your style and interests. Some of the available interests include animals, cartoons, music, art, outdoors, retro, money, sports, and food. They also ask for your gender, style (professional, trendy, athletic, etc), and preferred sock type (printed, knitted, or both). New sock styles are released every month and you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions start at $10/month (one pair) and shipping is free.
Let’s see what’s in my July 2017 Sox Box!
Everything was sent in a colorful, super sturdy — totally reusable — lidded box.
A peek inside!
I wasn’t asked to fill out the subscriber survey, so I was sent 2 randomly selected pairs for review.
Holographic Socks ($14.99)
These fun “holographic” socks feature a multi-colored swirly design that’s a bit reminiscent of those old school pastel colored taffy sticks (these ones!). Or trippin’ on LSD. Your choice. Their flat knit technology limits stretching and they have a padded toe and heel for extra cushioning. These are crew length and made with a blend of 60% cotton, 35% polyester, and 5% elastic.
Roses Socks ($14.99)
Another cool printed pair, these ones feature an all-over black & white grid design accented with bright red roses. They have an extended cuff made to prevent sox from sliding down, as well as an elastic mid foot ribbing for a fitting grip. These are certainly a bold choice and are hands-down my favorite of the two.
Along with the socks, two Odd Sox stickers were also included.
I love getting socks in subscription boxes — especially “funky” ones — so I was really impressed with my July Sox Box. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect since I didn’t fill out a style survey, but I was happy with both of their selections. The socks are definitely unique and the overall value was more than fair, considering the socks are currently selling for $14.99 in their shop. 🙂
