Let’s see what’s in the August 2017 Peaches & Petals box!
As always, everything was shipped in a plain brown box with a Peaches & Petals sticker on top.
A peek inside!
The theme for August’s box was “Do You, Boo Boo”!
Smithsonian “We Can Do It” Pint Glass Set
This set of two 16-ounce pint glasses features the classic image of Rosie the Riveter on one side of the glass, with a brief history of the iconic artwork on the other. They seem very well made/sturdy and are dishwasher safe.
Head Qwick-Dry Performance Socks
These no-show performance socks are designed with a sectioned cushion for maximum comfort, a “y-heel” construction to keep them in place, and breathable mesh to allow your feet to breathe. They’re made with a polyester/microfiber/cotton/spandex blend and are quick-drying. I’ve already worn these while trying to get back to my treadmill habit now that my kiddos are in school again. — No complaints!
Diamond Home Large Salad Bowl
A handy salad set that consists of a large bowl, inner tray for condiments, dressing cup, fork, and locking lid. While I like the concept/overall design, I do wish it was made of something healthier/more eco-friendly than PVC. Ah well.
UNIBIS Cashew Cookies
Crunchy cashew cookies made with real butter and plenty of cashews. — They actually have 10% cashew content, which they claim is two times more than other cashew cookies. They’re also preservative-free and contain no artificial coloring.
Batiste Dry Shampoo
I don’t personally use dry shampoo, but I know Batiste is one of the most popular brands out there for those who do. Just spray in hair before or after styling to remove oil and add body & texture.
August’s Peaches & Petals box had quite a hodgepodge of random items. My favorite items this time were the Rosie the Riveter pint glasses and no-show socks. I wasn’t able to find retail prices for all of the items, but I feel like the value was definitely there. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can save 10% on your first box with coupon code “PEACH10%”.
