Liz Christy Fridge Magnet Sheep ‘Bella’ Monaghan, Ireland
This sweet little sheep magnet was handcrafted by Liz Christy, a textile designer and hand-weaver who lives in the hills of County Monaghan, Ireland. She uses painted plywood and hand-dyed wool to create her one-of-a-kind pieces. I love this little guy girl and will be giving her a home on our fridge ASAP. 🙂
Nicolas Mosse Napkins Kilkenny, Ireland
These 100% cotton napkins were designed by botanical artist Susan Mosse, who gets her inspiration from the hedgerows and wildflowers surrounding her in the countryside of Bennettsbridge. She produces just one new design per year, which she develops using sketches and plenty of love & care.
Duffy Bookbinders Notebook Dublin, Ireland
Duffy Bookbinders was established in 1970 and is now in their fourth generation of binders. Based in Dublin, they’ve earned a reputation for quality workmanship that is respected throughout the industry. The hand-bound notebook included in this month’s box features an image of the iconic five lamps, located at the junction of five roads in North Inner Dublin. Inside, the pages are sturdy and blank — ideal for writing, sketching, or anything you choose.
Sealed With Irish Love Notelets Clare, Ireland
These 4″x6″ notecards were designed and printed in Ireland by Sealed With Irish Love. They feature a hand-drawn signpost to Ireland design on the front, with a blank inside allowing plenty of space to write your personal note.
I really enjoyed my sampling of Ireland-made items from Sealed With Irish Love Box. It was neat to learn about the artists who made each item and what makes each one special. My favorite items were the adorable wool sheep magnet and hand-bound notebook. 🙂 — Remember, for a limited time you can use coupon code “LAUNCHBOX” to receive a FREE launch box (this one) with a 3 or 6-month subscription.
