Sips By is a subscription box that sends you a personalized selection of teas on a monthly basis.
Each box will contain 4 premium teas — enough to make 15 cups — that are specifically chosen for YOU based on your Sips By profile. Upon signing up, you’ll be asked a series of questions to determine which types of tea you’d most enjoy. You can specify your preferences when it comes to the benefits you look for in a tea (stress relief, weight loss, sleep aid, taste, energy, etc), preferred flavors (unflavored, citrus, berry, mint, floral, earthy, sweet, etc.), and more. You’ll also be able to rate your teas on their site to help them curate more matches for you in the future.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $15/month with free shipping within the US. — For a limited time, you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “2ROSEBUDS“!

The Republic of Tea Red Velvet Chocolate
I’ve been trying to eat less sugary treats, so I was really happy to see this sweet dessert tea among this month’s samples. Red Velvet Chocolate is a caffeine-free blend of rooibos, beet root bits, sweet blackberry leaves, and natural chocolate & vanilla flavors. I’m sure it won’t be quite as satisfying as a big ol’ vegan cupcake, but what really is? 😉
DAVIDs Tea Peach Matcha
This fruity matcha blend already contains sugar, so no need add extra sweetener (unless you want it super sweet). It also contains stone-ground young green tea leaves from Aichi, Japan and natural peach flavoring. Matcha is great for making iced lattes, smoothies, or even adding to baked goods for an antioxidant boost.
Tea Head Strawberry Blend
I’m a big fan of fruity herbal teas, so I’m excited to try this strawberry blend. It contains a colorful mix of elderberries, hibiscus, apple, black currants, flavoring, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, and wild strawberry leaves. Yum!
Stash Moroccan Mint Green Tea
This fragrant mint tea features a refreshing blend of green tea, spearmint, lemongrass, and peppermint. It’s low-caffeine and can be enjoyed hot or iced. I always like to have some sort of minty tea on hand to help with occasional nausea/tummy aches.
Sips By Tea Bags
If your box contains loose leaf tea you’ll also receive a reusable muslin cloth tea bag, along with a handful of disposable bags. If you’re lazy like me and don’t like cleaning out traditional tea balls/strainers, these are an awesome alternative.
My March Sips By box featured a nice assortment of both herbal and green teas. My personal favorites were the Red Velvet Chocolate from The Republic of Tea, Strawberry Blend by Tea Head, and Moroccan Mint by Stash. — Remember, for a limited time you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “2ROSEBUDS“!
