Sips By is a subscription box that sends you a personalized selection of teas on a monthly basis.
Each box will contain 4 premium teas — enough to make 15 cups — that are specifically chosen for YOU based on your Sips By profile. Upon signing up, you’ll be asked a series of questions to determine which types of tea you’d most enjoy. You can specify your preferences when it comes to the benefits you look for in a tea (stress relief, weight loss, sleep aid, taste, energy, etc), preferred flavors (unflavored, citrus, berry, mint, floral, earthy, sweet, etc.), and more. You’ll also be able to rate your teas on their site to help them curate more matches for you in the future.
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.
Subscriptions are $15/month with free shipping within the US. — For a limited time, you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “2ROSEBUDS“!
Let’s see what’s in my November 2019 Sips By box!
Everything was shipped in a small box with the Sips By logo on top.
A peek inside!
A personalized info card listed all of the teas included in my November box, along with brief descriptions, steeping times, and coupon codes.
The Republic of Tea Blueberry Green Super Fruit Tea
I love fruit-infused green tea and this particular blend sounds like it’ll be delicious. — It consists of organic green tea, organic apple bits, natural blueberry flavor, and organic blueberries. Not only will it taste good, but it’ll also provide a double-dose of antioxidants thanks to its green tea/blueberry combo. 😀
Tea Head Raspberry Rose Oolong Tea
This medium-caffeine tea features a floral & fruity blend of oolong tea, pink rosebuds, rose petals, raspberries, pink cornflower blossoms, and natural flavoring. It can be enjoyed steamy hot or as a refreshing cold brew.
The TeaBook Marie Curie Radiant Hibiscus
She’s back! I just reviewed a kid’s subscription box that introduced the work of Marie Curie and here she is again, in tea-form. 😉 This organic, caffeine-free blend consists of Tulsi, hibiscus, cinnamon, lemon peel, and orange peel. The tea is both gluten-free & kosher and the limited run artwork on the wrapper is too cool!
Flower Pot Tea Company Sunkissed Peach Blooming Tea
“Blooming teas” are so neat! — They’re created by hand-sewing tea leaves into a ball which holds a beautiful flower inside. To make it “bloom”, just place the ball into a clear pot or large glass with boiling water and watch it unfurl as it steeps. This particular bloom is made with jasmine flowers, marigold flowers, gomphrena flowers, white tea, and natural flavor.
Sips By Tea Bags
If your box contains loose leaf tea you’ll also receive a reusable muslin cloth tea bag, along with a handful of disposable bags. If you’re lazy like me and don’t like cleaning out traditional tea balls/strainers, these are an awesome alternative.
My November Sips By box featured a fragrant assortment of both fruity and floral teas. My personal favorites were the Republic of Tea Blueberry Green Tea, Flower Pot Tea Sunkissed Peach, and The TeaBook Radiant Hibiscus. — Remember, for a limited time you can save $5 on your first box with coupon code “2ROSEBUDS“!
