Let’s see what’s in the December 2016 SnackSack!
The box!
A peek inside.
The information card listed everything inside, along with helpful symbols next to each one indicating whether it’s vegan, gluten-free, and/or non-GMO.
Annie B’s Peppermint Bark – A festive holiday treat consisting of smooth dark chocolate covered in a layer of white chocolate and topped with a sprinkling of crushed peppermint candies. It’s (surprisingly!) made with all natural flavors and colors.
Tickle Water Fizz for Kidz in Green Apple – This naturally flavored sparkling water was created just for kids. It’s lightly carbonated & is free of sugar, sodium, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.
Brothers All Natural Fruit Crisps Strawberries & Bananas – My kids LOVE these! They’re 100% freeze dried fruits with no preservatives or sugar added. Each pouch is equivalent to 2 servings of fruit!
Marlo’s Bake Shop Chocolate Pumpkin Pie Biscotti – This soft-baked biscotti features a blend of pure pumpkin & dark chocolate chips with a custom pie spice blend into the cookie and dusted on top.
XyliChew Spearmint – An all natural chewing gum sweetened with birch xylitol. It’s GMO-free and contains no sugar or artificial sweeteners.
Bitsy’s Brainfood Smart Cookies – Alphabet-shaped cookies made with organic, non-GMO ingredients. These are made in a peanut-free & tree nut-free facility and are an excellent source of Vitamins A, B12, B6, D3, and folic acid. My kiddos love these!
Mediterra Savory Bar with Kale & Pumpkin Seeds – This Mediterranean-inspired energy bar is packed with nutrient-rich fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, and seeds. It’s gluten-free and contains 6 grams of protein & 5 grams of fiber per serving.
Vintage Italia Pasta Chips – These crunchy baked snacks are made with semolina flour and have 60% less fat than regular chips. I’ve gotten them in a LOT of subscription boxes in 2016, so I’m kinda over ’em. That said, the Rosemary flavored ones are my favorite so I was glad to see them included.
Snaak Bar Double Chocolate Hazelnut Mocha Bar – A whole food energy bar made with organic ingredients including raw honey, gluten-free oats, almond butter, brown rice crisps, and more. One bar has an impressive 6 grams of both protein and fiber.
Lundberg Sea Salt Rice Chips – Crunchy whole grain chips made with brown rice and other all natural, non-GMO ingredients. They’re gluten-free and vegan-friendly. 🙂
Another nice collection of tasty treats from SnackSack! My favorite items in December’s box were the rice chips, rosemary pasta chips, freeze-dried fruit crisps, and alphabet cookies (for my kiddos). 🙂 — Remember, if you’d like to try out SnackSack for yourself, you can save 10% on your first purchase with my exclusive coupon code “ROSE10″!
