SquintBox is a new subscription box that sends you a different selection of handcrafted miniatures every month.
Each box will feature an assortment of up to 6 miniatures in a variety of different categories. Items will be 1/12th scale and can include tiny food, drinks, books, home decor, flowers, tools, accessories, and more. The pieces are ideal for crafting, collecting, display, or however you’d like to enjoy them.
Subscriptions are $29.95/month (with free US shipping), or less with multi-month commitments.
Let’s see what’s in the June 2016 SquintBox!
Everything was shipped in a small brown box via First Class Mail.
Inside the shipping box was the actual SquintBox.
A peek inside. — So cute!
All of the items were separated and packaged into 3 different categories/packets.
A small info booklet listed all of the items inside June’s “Celebration” themed box, along with photos and a brief description for each one.
Cosmopolitan – An itty bitty Cosmopolitan in a classic martini glass, complete with a lemon twist garnish. So adorable! (I can’t believe how tiny this thing is!)
Blueberry Pie – Sugar-dusted blueberry pie in a real (tiny) tin pan! My mom was hardcore into dollhouses & miniatures when I was growing up and I always loved looking at all the tiny food creations she’d bring home. Seeing this tasty-looking lil’ pie totally brings me back to those days. Aw.
Bottle of Wine – As someone who doesn’t drink much wine, I’m pretty certain I could still chug this whole bottle in one gulp. 😉
Extension Cord – I never thought I’d refer to an extension cord as “cute”, but… How CUTE is this teeny thing?! Ahhh!
Cosmopolitan Magazine – Two “Cosmos” in one box! I really had to squint to read the tiny text on the cover of this circa 1964 magazine. The pages inside are blank, which is a bummer since I was curious just how one could “Choose the Perfect Father and the Sex of Your Baby”. (Fun Fact: My mom had a miniature Playboy magazine displayed on the coffee table in her dollhouse. And yes, I sneakily showed all my friends when they came over. It wasn’t too racy though, just boobs. 😉 )
Candlesticks – The tiniest pair of white candlesticks I ever did see! — Complete with wicks and dripping wax. Cuuute!
I absolutely loved the debut collection from SquintBox! Ever since I started reviewing subscription boxes, my mom would occasionally ask if there were any boxes for dollhouse miniatures. I’d always laugh and say no… But not anymore! 😀 I think it’s safe to say that there really is a box out there for everything now. Thanks for making my mom’s dream come true, SquintBox. 😉
Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes. I was not compensated in any way. All opinions are my own. Post may contain affiliate and/or referral links.

Hi there! I did a little research and saw them mention on their Facebook page that they’re no longer doing monthly boxes. 🙁
