Let’s see what’s in the March 2019 Babacorn-Bricks box!
The box was shipped to the US via Royal Mail.
After unwrapping the outer packaging, I was met with another layer of LEGO-themed paper…
…which was unwrapped to finally reveal the actual Babacorn-Bricks box — complete with multi-colored stick-on jewels! (Can you tell that a LOT of love went into creating this box?! 😀 I highly recommend reading their “About” page to learn more about the sweet family behind this subscription.)
A peek inside!
All of the items in March’s debut box were listed on a “LEGO guy”-shaped insert sheet. Too cute!
10 Minifigure Multicolor Crayons
How neat are these little LEGO Minifigure-shaped crayons? Each one is made with a combination of different colors and no two crayons are exactly alike. These are handmade and almost too cute to use. 😉
LEGO Gingerbread Minifigure
I don’t even care that the holidays are over… This Minifigure is absolutely adorable! The happy lil’ gingerbread man comes with his own candy-covered cardboard house and is my favorite figure of the month. Love him!
Display Keyring with Prisoner Minifigure
Take your favorite Minifigure wherever you go by slipping it into this handy display case keyring. It features two holes (for the feet) on its base, with a wheel on the bottom to rotate the figure inside. Speaking of figures… It also came with an angry Prisoner Minifigure, whom I have now released to wreak havoc on the world. 😉
LEGO City Arctic Ice Glider Set
This 50-piece LEGO City set includes all of the pieces to build a cool arctic ice glider with spinning fan and comes with an explorer Minifigure, lights, map, radio, saw, snowshoes, and more. I actually had to make my girls wait until my husband got home to build it, since I’m awful at this stuff. Sadly, I forgot to snap a pic of the completed project.
Minifigure Surprise Bags (includes 2 Mega Filled Party Bags)
The final 5 (five!) Minifigures were tucked into these colorful little bags. The smaller orange, red, and yellow bags contained only Minifigures, while the larger purple and blue bags contained Minifigures as well as other little trinkets.
The purple Mega Filled Party Bag included a wrapped Minifigure (in the purple package), a LEGO collector’s card, Haribo Star Mix gummy candies, a blue LEGO eraser, and a handful of colorful confetti!
Inside the purple package were the Minifigure parts, along with a couple stickers and a piece of LEGO tape.
Police man!
The blue Mega Filled Party Bag also included a wrapped Minifigure, a LEGO collector’s card, Haribo Star Mix gummy candies, and another blue LEGO eraser.
Inside the blue package were the Minifigure parts, along with a couple stickers and another piece of LEGO tape.
It’s a… um… Ninja guy? Ha. I really don’t know who/what this one is.
The orange Minifigure Surprise bag contained the Minifigure parts, a sticker, a happy LEGO brick, and more LEGO tape.
Scary skeleton dude!
The red Minifigure Surprise bag contained the Minifigure parts, a sticker, and yellow LEGO tape.
Construction worker guy! (I think?)
The yellow Minifigure Surprise bag was sealed with a sticker that gave a clue to what (who) could be inside. It contained the Minifigure parts, a sticker, and green LEGO tape.
It’s Batman! 😀
March Accessories Bag
I believe each box will come with a different themed accessory bag/pack. March’s theme was “Foody Treats”!
Included were a banana, drumstick, croissant, mug, bowl, cherries, apple, cookie, ice cream cone, hot dog, and ice lolly. I was really hoping to find a carrot for my carrot-obsessed kiddo, but she was happy with the ice cream & ice lolly. 😉
LEGO Collector Cards & Ninjago Mini Stickers
Two packs of collectible LEGO cards were included (4 cards per pack), along with a sheet of 15 mini Ninjago stickers. I let my girls open the packs after taking the photo above and completely forgot to snap pics of the cards themselves. Whoops! — You can see them on the table in the last photo above, but I couldn’t tell you which ones we got.
Brick Bangle
My kiddos love accessorizing and they both thought this multi-colored LEGO-themed bracelet was really cool. 🙂
World Book Day Minifigure Mayhem Book
The final item this month was a Minifigure Mayhem book, which was included as a special freebie. It featured a ton of different Minifigures — with “Butterfly Girl” being the highlight for my butterfly-loving kiddo.
I think it’s pretty safe to say that my kids and I LOVED the debut box from Babacorn-Bricks! From the meticulously placed gem stickers on the box itself, to the individually wrapped Minifigures, it’s clear that a lot of care (and love!) went into putting it all together. My girls were excited to play with all of the Minifigures and were totally smitten with the tiny food accessories. The display box keyring was a big hit too. So much fun stuff! 😀
